    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea has only one response- We don't want to lose you. They're cheating customers and denying basic help. They have scrapped all basic plans. Does everyone needs data and SMS? Nothing for old people who only need talk time. Disgusting. Shame on you.

    @ViCustomerCare this is shame on u within house or inside office Network is ridiculous, no one able to communicate nor myself. Is this your normal network system? Or your network not so strong to link your subscribers? I am nearer to KOLKATA. Only VI problematic others are OK.

    @ViCustomerCare Ask ur network team to answer me that why my phone is working fine with other 4G towers and just 8 minutes away from my home under different 4G tower and why the problem is limited to only my area surrounding my home outdoor and indoor both?

    @ViCustomerCare I want to tell you something about your service. The ability of the services you provide is not there at all. Currently 2G Internet is running during 4G and VOLTE network is getting lost again and again. Please improve your service.

    @ViCustomerCare I purchased dongle postpaid sim from vi store kol-42 now I wanted to discontinue it,emails sent to customer care and CEO on 1st and 2nd August’22 but till results zero,Vi are trying linger so as to collect more money from customers like me aged 71 yrs,harassed

    @ViCustomerCare The outgoing service of my mom's phone stopped but incoming was active. I had recharged using talk time of INR 50/- Now VI is forcing me to pay for another higher plan to restore the services. Extremely bad customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare unable to change plan, send email. Standard response. Tired of visiting VI shop in pandemic. All documents provided in 2015 have automatically got reversed putting me back to a corporate plan under a company that closed down 5years back.

    @ViCustomerCare Now when I called him at 6:30 pm to inquiry for my sims, I was told it will not be delivered today as they won't be able to come and asking me to receive the sims on Monday 26th Sep'2022. Is this your standard of service you give to your customer. Shame on you all

    @DoT_India @TRAI After my porting out request from @ViCustomerCare receiving many calls and messages from Vi to cancel req. Few calls from Unknown Numbers also and No Caller ID masking. Is it legal to make calls to customers from Unknown Numbers

    @Sambhavjs @ViCustomerCare Same issue here. It’s been 3 days and my SIM still hasn’t been delivered. Every time I contact customer care, I get the same repeated promise but no real update. This kind of delay and lack of clarity is really frustrating. Please look into this. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Useless customer service When a issue is reported they give ****** reasons as to why it's so They say will share troubleshooting steps but don't They don't attempt a phone call and respond via email stating you said no issue Cheap to the core for so many years.

    Hey @airtelindia tried to port my postpaid sim to airtel from @ViCustomerCare but received a call pretending to be Airtel verification and asked me to send Cancel sms to 1900. Guess Vi is playing a ***** game here. Will share numbers with you, from which I got a call . #IPLT20

    @ViCustomerCare Ajit can you pls calle wht level of commitment you given what I m getting...family facing problem just fake no single response ppl saying chck with bank if amount is deducted... you have ensure no issue will be impact in DM totally shocking rep.i should open different bank AC ??

    @ViCustomerCare SIM (Order ID: DCHD20042620133) activated but "No Service". Haven’t received SIM yet, still validity started and days are getting deducted. Also emailed but no response. Please provide new SIM & reinstate my connection/validity.
