    @ViCustomerCare same thing again, no response from the technician.from 1 yr u guise r wrking. Its the worse quality tower service by vi. U guise are really doing bad with a old hutch customer.

    @ViCustomerCare Ask ur network team to answer me that why my phone is working fine with other 4G towers and just 8 minutes away from my home under different 4G tower and why the problem is limited to only my area surrounding my home outdoor and indoor both?

    @ViCustomerCare I have already raised a complain previously, but still facing the same network error, network issue. I had already recharged for 1 yr, I'm srry that I have to port my connection. 15 yrs, that im using hutch then vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare Concerned raised last week... till date no resolution. It clearly shows your level of customer satisfaction. But raising multiple queries you are simply buying time to add up more delay and irritate your customers paying their hard earned money for your fake monthly postpaid bill

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Guys!See the brilliant Network team of VI’s knowledge who is saying an iphone is problematic which works under every VI 4G TOWER OF KOLKATA except the tower of my home address. A problematic phone will not work under any sim and tower

    @ViCustomerCare Am not Begging discount from you, first thing as a network and internet service provider its vodafoneidea duty to provide me proper service. I am talking about my rights that "when vodafoneidea is giving 2G Network service in my area and charging for 4G which is wrong".

    @ViCustomerCare Now when I called him at 6:30 pm to inquiry for my sims, I was told it will not be delivered today as they won't be able to come and asking me to receive the sims on Monday 26th Sep'2022. Is this your standard of service you give to your customer. Shame on you all

    @ViCustomerCare this is shame on u within house or inside office Network is ridiculous, no one able to communicate nor myself. Is this your normal network system? Or your network not so strong to link your subscribers? I am nearer to KOLKATA. Only VI problematic others are OK.

    @ViCustomerCare Already complaining for past 6 month... do some resolutions... nothing will going to be resolved if your representive call and "tell that we understand your problem & our engineers working hard to.resolve the problem" I am hearing this for past 6 month. DO SOME CONCRETE SOLUTIONS

    @ViCustomerCare its 15 yrs now, that i'm using Vodafone. Was hvng strng faith and trust wid vi but day by after the tower service is getting worst. I'm just skeptic aboit breaking relationship over here. But with the strong adore for vi, i'm still hoping to get a good network.

    @ViCustomerCare It is 15 days since the complaint was lodged. Company not yet fixed. This vi. This vi is disgusting company that said we will fix it in 3 days. The internet connection did not work for exactly 30 minutes after 11:50. Disgusting network.

    @ViCustomerCare Stop calling your network "fastest 4G".I am experiencing the worse network speed. tired of complaining to customer care, the only reply i get is "there is best possible network setting" but i cant even play a video. I will sue you Vi, you have given enough mental stress.

    @ViCustomerCare private mesaage wala khel me pehle khel chuka hu. Tumhara waha network upgaradation chalta rehta hai. I hope @jio is better than you. VI is too costly and poor network speed.
