    It's not fair. I called so many to idea customer but they dint give any information only asked download idea app. I'm very disappointed to @Idea and @VodafoneIN.

    My idea Internet pack was 460+ gb data. All data loss(thief) by idea without any information at 10 October. I called customer n send mail bt not received any confirmation where is my data. My data validity was 28 October. @Idea @VodafoneIN @reliancejio @airtelindia @manojsinhabjp

    Hahhaha @reliancejio ppl literally sucks man!!! That’s how a company charges and loots it’s customers!! Atleast @Airtel_Presence is way much better than @reliancejio & @VodafoneIN combined... be it in speed or connectivity or unlimited calling ! That means pure unlimited calling

    @ANJANKU73951613 @VodafoneIN You can switch back from postpaid to prepaid after 90 days or three billing cycles. Don't get upset over this issue. It's a problem if prepaid SIM gets deactivated once. You're lucky that your number wasn't re-alotted to someone else. Next time, keep a check on validity period.

    @ViCustomerCare WORST decision of my life would be get VI SIM card. I had two numbers as post paid. I had requested to disable the two numbers and they smartly disabled only one and kept charging the second number Rs. 1023 and now I have been charged for first number too Rs 109.

    @ViCustomerCare The worst network I have ever tried. My biggest mistake, I made a 84 days recharge. I will switch to Airtel or Jio the day the validity expires. The network is so bad, people have to call on my whatsapp.

    Thought of giving Vi a shot #vodafoneidea @ViCustomerCare Sim Delivered, KYC and Back End activation done in 60mins. No activation sms for 3 hours!! Everyone clueless. No pin to provide at 59059! No customer care to go to!!
