    @TRAI @VodafoneIN i have a problem with Vodafone network issue on our whole area i.e lake gardens, kolkata,West Bengal. I faced that problem last couple of weeks. I could not communicate with customer service, what should i do? and falls call issue faced approx every call.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea I am a Vodafone Kolkata user since 2015. And and ex-employee of Vodafone India. Since 2015 , I keep on raising my voice regarding low / no coverage issue in my residential area. Large number of Vodafone subscribers are heavily impacted due to this issue. (1/n)

    @VodafoneIN get someone to call me, I want to pay off the fraud bill that you have charged me with. Your customer care exec could provide no reasons behind the bill. Now i want you off my back for good but i am unable to find a way to do that. #fraud

    @VodafoneIN What nonsense, I did not get any call from your side. You want payment, yet you are not helping me in making it. Is this the way you treat your former customers and present? Your exec on the other hand, is msging me saying someone will call soon. Weird!

    @VodafoneIN Your service is pathetic!!! Poorest customer service and zero focus on customer satisfaction. @Idea your merger with Vodafone has spoiled the brand of Vodafone. I have using Vodafone for last 10 years but now I think it's time for change

    @VodafoneIN Sir I am suman sinha I apply for 598 plan for the primary no to get 50 gb per month net. But when these 2 no post in vodafone it shows 399 plan at primary no , so i loss 10 gb per month net and no plan shows in 2nd no. I contacted with care but they told that they can't help me

    Hello @ViCustomerCare , Bought 2 sim cards 1 week back.Simcard has not been activated yet. No support from your helpline. Aman: +919348563548 Vi agent is not responding since then. Bought these Sims in Balanagar, Hyderabad.Such a pathetic experience for a new customer.

    @ViCustomerCare your services will make me port for sure. The issue has re-surfaced again. There is no signal inside my house. As soon as I step out I am getting a full 4G network but as soon as I step inside house the network goes off completely. I faced this 2 months back, raised complaint and somehow it was fine but today again my whole network is gone and I am unable to do anything. Do you just want me to port or what?

    @ViCustomerCare on 23rd july have put request for porting out. Went to vi store to check if any outstanding amount is to be cleared. Why are you ppl not clearing the case. You ppl cant give normal connectivity, atleast allow us to leave your network peacefully #pune.
