    @ViCustomerCare Why is it so difficult in your IVR to talk to a customer care person. My issue is not mentioned in IVR and it is not giving me an option to register a complaint.

    I have called the customer service thrice and no response. I have emailed, and even contacted the service on whatsApp, but no response. @ViCustomerCare is of no help. My balance got deducted for a service I did not activate and I demand refund.

    @ViCustomerCare , There's absolutely no network on my number from last 4 days. I can't even receive a text message due to no network. I had already a lodged a complaint on 26 May, however, the problem is still not resolved. Pls solve the issue.
