Don't opt @VodafoneIN @Idea They don't provide VoLTE as a basic service but activate it on request only. And that request has been pending for more than 5 days but no solution till now. They will do false promises when you will port out, don't rely on them #worstcustomerservice

Because there are around 200 airtel consumers in the area and if this problem is not solved soon, we wud definitely port our sim to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN whoes network is still working. Life sucks when you have no connection . I'll miss my o9 classes today :(

@ViCustomerCare Hello team VI. The Mobile network in our area is very very poor. Our children are not able to do o online classes. We are paying for 4G but even calling is not possible inside the rooms. I have raised multiple complaints in VI app but they are deleting it without
