    @DoT_India I keep complaining, you keep forwarding, they keep saying "resolved", issues keep repeating ........... For me, it's never ending for years with @ViCustomerCare Customers, like me, paying for services and rolling in this loop. I'm not sure if there is any proper control on this.

    Guess what. I complained about my network connectivity to @airtelindia and I get a call from @ViCustomerCare to port to them. They claim that @TRAI has given this provision that when complaining about network quality, other service providers can reach out for porting.

    @ViCustomerCare received a call from Vodafone saying my complaint is resolved and sms service is active now. Again I find same issue of sms unable to send or receive. Plz be serious of if we get serious we all will port out in no time
