@ViCustomerCare worst class service. My calling facilities are closed since 1 week i called customer care 3 times they are saying "after 2 hr your calling facility will be activated "but nothing happen till now. I have cleared all my bills. i want to port my number.

@VodafoneIN I've traveled to canada from india and i was told that 99 will be deducted from main balance to keep the network active. But around 280 has been deducted, please explain.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Vi Customer care refused disconnected my mother's connection with number 9562920215 despite of paying the prepaid charges .They have been rude when asked about it.After a series of communications, I left it as it was useless even after escalating the complaint.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI This is very much common and it is general problem- sometimes they will activate any services in your number and when you claim you never Authorize or opt for those services they will held you responsible that you must have click on third party link to activate.

@ViCustomerCare this is really disgusting. You people domt have a single sms plan for combo plans? Y should a customer buy huge plans for sms. Now i am not able to add my bank for upi. Will port my sim to jio or bsnl better

@ViCustomerCare Diya, no personal grudges but Vodafone's network and data speed has gone from bad to worst. I just bought a @SamsungMobile #Fold3 and the network is so bad that hardly any app function without wifi.

@ViCustomerCare I recharged my mobile with 699 plan , after recharging when I was trying to Validate OTP for activation of Zee5 premium in my Vi number no OTP came although I tried many times, now it's showing error OTP LIMIT EXCEEDED. Please help asap
