    @ViCustomerCare on mnp request got an offer of free caller tune with 555 recharge to remain with vi network recharged on may 2 but free caller tune benefit not given yet .have contacted customer care but no solution.really poor service

    @ViCustomerCare for deactivation my flash i connect 198 many times.They every time told me that my flash service deactivated but till now i got flash service.For this my Vol LTE fluctuate and convert in 2g so can u explain how vi care work my proboem

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone Since past few months I’m facing many problems from Vodafone (Vi) like network issues, slow internet speed, call drop etc .. this network is functioning as the slowest network.. Please resolve the issue on priority basis.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is not solving my issue i have been raising my issue since morning but vi is not responding and vi customer care is not working too they are not attending my call only computer is replying which i am getting. @TRAI @DoT_India I am fed up with Vi service.

    @ViCustomerCare This is bullshit 4 hrs gone since I messaged as asked by you. No one respond. Is this the level of service you provide? UNHAPPY TO HELP???? Not able to make outgoing calls. You took my money and I can't even do Outgoing calls?

    @ViCustomerCare after gave confirmation sms for deactivation flash service now i got one more flash service.For Vi service my rating is zero star. i think jio is good for this matter.They don't sent any flash service. after 30 May i port my Vi sim into Jio @JioCare
