    @ViCustomerCare There has been no resolution to my problem. I have constantly been complaining about bills being generated even after I had ported to Jio. Even after settlement for those bill where i ended up paying 50 percent twice for not using the service. .

    @ViCustomerCare placed an order DCHD27022327427 for home delivery of sim yesterday. Have not since received the sim, neither the delivery agent picks up my call. please go ahead and cancel my sim order and issue refund.

    @ViCustomerCare hi it's my primary no and can't afford to lose it.l believe the reason you're mentioning it's irrelevant to pan lndia service provider such as you. It's req. to do the needful from BLR only. Just for mere the activation of the sim you want me to visit Indore?

    @ViCustomerCare we are belong to Delhi ,we are facing lots of issue with your network in our area ,4g volte network are continuously fluctuate from last 6 months,even i compliment for the same 2 to 3 time ,your support team are also aware,but not provided any solution till now.
