    @ViCustomerCare Hi there, I'm not able to use any social media properly and can't download any jpg file on WhatsApp and even i can not open e-learning websites from VI network.! If you can't provide the better service then it's better to not make fake promises. 🙏🙏

    Hi @ViCustomerCare the VI app is off late very very slow. Logging in takes 3-4 attempts. Once in, I am unable to do bill payment as it's very slow & gets timed out.

    @ViCustomerCare Whenever the power goes at this particular site, network goes blank. There is call drop and 4G connection lost. We have to wait again for 10-30 minutes to be normal again. The pin code is 845434.

    @ViCustomerCare Can you please go through all the DMs you have sent me and see if you have done anything different to address the frequent disconnection issues? Nothing at all. Sending repeated DMs which redirect me to the "You Broadband" customer care doesn't solve the problem!! @DoT_India

    So @ViCustomerCare replied to my earlier post saying they made a note of my issue. And since it's been 3 days since and i've not got a call, i'm assuming they made a plane out of that note and flew it away, just like their promises.
