    @ViCustomerCare The least thing vodafone can offer their customers in this pandemic is a good network connectivity to stay in touch with their near and dear ones. However, the company seems to not care about how much people are struggling these days. Unable to call even for 5 straight minutes.

    @ViCustomerCare 1/2 It won't work. I escalated multiple time but didn't get any resolution. 1) Call Drop 2) always experienced slow network from last year irrespective of the location. 3) low signal strength 4) violence of DND frequently even after activation of DND

    Will idiots @ViCustomerCare get your act sorted? No internet. Calls don't connect. Have complained repeatedly. How are ppl supposed to get in touch with me - I am a Dr. What's your excuse for poor service - your network got #Covid ? Shameless folks take money every month.
