  @ViCustomerCare Everytime We order the Sim online you Vi making us wait for more than a week and finally without any responsibility saying that our Order was cancelled and for refund have to wait for another 10 working days. So better stop online sim service providing system😡😡

  🤬 @ViCustomerCare Fix your damn 5G network. Y'all keep hiking recharge prices every other month, don't even offer free data like others, and the network is absolute garbage. At this point, switching to another provider feels like the only option. 🤡

  @ViCustomerCare I recharged my number with a 1-year plan, yet I'm still not receiving incoming calls. I raised a complaint and was assured it would be resolved by 19th July, but nothing happened. After raising another complaint, I was told to wait until 27th July. Solve ASAP!!!

  @ViCustomerCare they are useless, 1st he replied tell me your problem sir . I tell him my problem and ask for solution but after that he disappeared like nothing happened.

  @ViCustomerCare ordered sim online on 13 July. The customer service exe called & said sim will be delivered on 14 July. Today is 17 and there is no communication. regret using VodafoneIdea. Poor & terrible service. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER

  @ViCustomerCare You check my previous complaints. You have everything. Just don't do time pass. Do some work go to previously provided information. Note: this not problem for single or specific locations. For how many places I give details like house no. etc.
