    I recharged 48 rupees and promised that 6gb data will be provided, just an hour before, but I can't use the internet, when I checked out, said that I already consumed the data. there is no direct inquiry option is not been given to address my issue. VI loot me. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Poor Network getting multiple calls from you call centre for the bill payment which I had paid before due date. Totally hopeless service

    @ViCustomerCare Don't buy vi or port to other network. Their customer support system very bad. Didn't satisfy from vi customer support system. They didn't solve my issue.

    @ViCustomerCare still I am facing the Internet issue : I am not getting any reply from your end . Please look into this on priority basis otherwise I will change my sim .
