@ViCustomerCare Since last 4 day I am trying to get information about ISD packs available in Vi to call canada. I tried online, VI app and also tried 199,198 but not got the answer. Customer care guys are untrained and hang up call because they don’t know the answer. Pthtic srvc

@Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare please install a tower in our area. All customers are ready to port out from @JioCare . After installing a jio tower in my village the problem continues. Customer service expert always gives us hope but call drop and internet connection too slow.
