    @ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

    @ViCustomerCare It's now 3 months that I have been complaining to @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare about the issue that I am not able to access Netflix subscription on VI REDX plan.. but I have still not received any solution for the same. pathetic services

    @ViCustomerCare I have 3 Vi sim in 3 different new mobiles & in those phones the same draining issue I noticed also. I informed Vi customer service but they told me my mobile battery was defective.

    @ViCustomerCare Would request help to please waive off the charges levied for some needless pack activated on the number being used by my elderly mother without her confirmation. We have been following up with customer care for past 3 months for the same.
