@ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

@ViCustomerCare I landed on USA on 29th Sept. Had activated my IR pack but I am getting no signal. I have tried connecting manually and I have restarted the phone multiple times. I can't login into the ViTm App since it requires OTP and I can't reach you guys cause same.

Finally ported from @ViCustomerCare. Got tired of daily tantrums and no customer service. Even in 4g world, i was not able to use my own sim. I can't use my own money for sms or call, all are waste. Finally feeling happy after using 9 yrs in VI. But they never cared.
