@ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

@ViCustomerCare It's been more than a week since I raise a complain wrt internet speed on mobile data, but no solution from ur side, why are you cheating your customer in the name of high speed internet, i request @TRAI to please have a look into their functions.

@ViCustomerCare I transferred my sim from jio to Vi, Outgoing calls are enabled in my sim, but incoming calls and messages are not enabled, regarding Incoming calls and Massages i registered a complain in Vi Customer care, complain No is - RAJ-V00884335165, PLS SOLVE THIS ASAP.

@ViCustomerCare My calls were dropping complaint but there were no response so I planned to port to Airtel and you guys begged to not switch insisted to change my circle area and now after porting to new circle my outgoing calls are blocked. What kind of pathetic service is this.
