    @ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

    @ViCustomerCare It's been more than a week since I raise a complain wrt internet speed on mobile data, but no solution from ur side, why are you cheating your customer in the name of high speed internet, i request @TRAI to please have a look into their functions.

    @ViCustomerCare Pls don't assist me . Don't need it . I want VI to grow so that JIO/AIRTEL has some competition always. So pls ... "VAS (paid) to be charged only when Customer opts for it" not the vice versa where VI software deducts money without consent .

    @ViCustomerCare Poor network. Poor customer service. Phone nbr didn’t work even one day without problems. Check complaint nbr 4-143559053456 dated 23 January 2023. Why did you close this with any resolution and call to me? Made fresh complaint 4-144006564762 dated 30 Jan 2023
