    @ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

    @ViCustomerCare It's been more than a week since I raise a complain wrt internet speed on mobile data, but no solution from ur side, why are you cheating your customer in the name of high speed internet, i request @TRAI to please have a look into their functions.

    @ViCustomerCare if I still receive a call from Vodafone I will put all the harrasment call recording on twitter, Facebook and other social media how you people are harrassing the customer. and I will put mental harrasment case against vodafone in court.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone is the biggest cheat. You'll keep activating packs without us requesting for them, practically after every recharge. And your customer care agents are not even helpful most of the time. They either just cut the call or promise to refund & do nothing.

    @ViCustomerCare after putting more than 10 time complaints my network issue has not resolved and after moving to another service provider I'm getting continues call since last 3 days to stay with Vodafone. I have put dnd request still I'm getting calls from Vodafone

    @snakeyesV1 @ViCustomerCare I would recommend to use the "SMS Organizer" app from Microsoft which will help eliminate spam messages easily.
