    @ViCustomerCare It's been more than a week since I raise a complain wrt internet speed on mobile data, but no solution from ur side, why are you cheating your customer in the name of high speed internet, i request @TRAI to please have a look into their functions.

    @ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

    Regarding @ViCustomerCare... The network providers are a real cheat when it comes to postpaid connections.. Kindly be aware people as they might be charging you for services that you never asked for every single month and making tones of money... Every rupee counts..

    @ViCustomerCare Disconnect my connection on immediate basis. Pathetic service. From 15 days my number is not working and today visited the VI gallery, they are asking for owner should be present. This number Is belongs to my Aunt and she is a senior citizen. Number 9594908999

    @ViCustomerCare Since morning, your network is on No Service and unable to connect with support team through app or any other medium. No one is properly looking into the issue. I have already shared all the Mandatory detail in DM. Many loss already done bcoz of this.
