    @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidealimited Emails were sent on 1st, 3rd, 6th & 9th Nov 2021. You have not been able to solve my problem. My correct alternate number is not updated yet. You don't even bother to call or give status on e-mail. What's the use of sending you an e-mail?

    @ViCustomerCare I am totally frustrated with the Vi service and also their customers executive team. They don't have proper knowledge to rectify the customer issues and also they Miss guide the consumer.

    @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea Team is not able to help me out in updating my alternate number. I tried all the ways to update my alternate number through Vi Chat app, sending SMS to 199 and even customer care service for help, but since last 10 days I don't see any solution.

    @GregOrtbach A4. Yes, unfortunately. @ViCustomerCare used to be an industry benchmark but now their #CustServ has no internal coordination and lacks commitment to complaint resolution.
