@ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

@ViCustomerCare Please stop deduction of my main balance in name of service activation of any kind. I have already called your care to do so but still same. I have never opted for any value added services. You randomly activate those and charge me till my balance get zero.

@ViCustomerCare I just want to send for receiving an OTP I was having a balance in my AC but CRE told me I need to recharge of Rs-128 just for receiving an OTP 😐is this acceptable and a part frm this I was facing lots of Issues while doing recharge also so Idon't want to continue with @Vodacom
