    @ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

    @ViCustomerCare even though many executives had tried to solve the issue , situation is still the same.Wondering whether i have to use MNP to activate a caller tune.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is the worst service provider company in the world. Vi customer care is not to help / support customers but to harass customers and have fun. Many stores are closed but still those addresses are shown on website, sms and told by customer care executives.
