@VodafoneIN i m in jhansi & ur customer service is really worst than ever be i face before... In Jhansi center they r not provide anything like which call like customer service they rude & don't have any answers of ur network...

@ViCustomerCare hello I've been a Vi user for a while but from the last 3 days or so my outgoing SMS is barred. I registered a complaint on the app and also upon contacting the customer care via call I came to know that my outgoing SMS is barred due to kYC reasons.
