    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN Tried to contact ever since then, but got no resolutions yet. It has been months now, no one is helping. Services are blocked and these numbers are official attached with every account. Kindly help us ASAP as the patience level has already surpassed now.

    @ViCustomerCare in last two months i have raised multiple quries but non of thoes got resolved. While roaming voice and data was pathetic, back to base also has same issue data is "H" or max "H+". What's going on with VI. Please fix it elase SMS "PORT" to xxxxxxxx.

    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN However, we are charged with monthly rental plans since that day. Our services are blocked and we are getting monthly bills. Concern is if we had already paid for our services to Idea, why we'll pay them again to Vodafone? Operators merging is not our issue. (2/2)

    @ViCustomerCare i am unable to use data or evn make calls dedpite having 75% network coverage on my phn which is 4g. Surely the worst experience so far in my life. And any amount of sorry frm u wont help. If it wud have been a med emergency nd if i cant make a call, whos to blame

    @ViCustomerCare Why your network speed goes down when we take per/day limit plan. I was using limited internet plan sinch last 1 year and network was fast even inside metro but since last 3 days I feel so slow speed after I changed plan to per/day limit (1.5GB/day).
