    I want an immediate action, either try to resolve my problem latest by tomorrow or else please make a refund because it is of no use. They also made me make a recharge of ₹418 , but all my efforts are in vain. @ViCustomerCare

    @VodafoneIN Dear Team, I am facing internet issue in my area als 4 days . 4G signal not showing in any mode automatically either manual. I have check with my friends they are also facing the same issue . So pls do the need full as soon as possible

    @VodafoneIN @Idea @TRAI VI I'm facing Calling Issue just because when I set my phone at LTE.. I can't make any call because your network is not showing VOLTE SO EVERY TIME TO MAKE CALL I HAVE TO SWITCH BACK TO WCDMA OR 2G AND THEN ON LTE FOR INTERNET AFTER CALL.. PLZ Solve

    Sending a chain of continuous sms for bill payment reminders doesn't help as long as my billing issues remain unresolved @VodafoneIN Anyways my bill date is 12th June and your executive called once and never again. My billing issue remains unresolved.

    @ViCustomerCare When you will update and resolve the concern. It’s almost 4 days passed and still your team is working. Worst service of Vodafone . If customer will delay in their payment the Vodafone team will follow up more than 10 times in a day. Great job

    @airtelindia & @JioCare can you guys help as @ViCustomerCare takes 72 hours to issue a sim card to a new customer and has an inefficient team who lies on call and have no provision to register a complaint. Now I know why Vodafone Idea is not the preferred choice of customers.

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my Jio SIM to Vi around 4–5 days ago, but my Vi SIM is still not activated. Currently, both incoming and outgoing services are not working. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. Thank you.
