    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN However, we are charged with monthly rental plans since that day. Our services are blocked and we are getting monthly bills. Concern is if we had already paid for our services to Idea, why we'll pay them again to Vodafone? Operators merging is not our issue. (2/2)

    @VodafoneIN @Idea @TRAI VI I'm facing Calling Issue just because when I set my phone at LTE.. I can't make any call because your network is not showing VOLTE SO EVERY TIME TO MAKE CALL I HAVE TO SWITCH BACK TO WCDMA OR 2G AND THEN ON LTE FOR INTERNET AFTER CALL.. PLZ Solve

    @GauravS29190156 @PMOIndia @narendramodi @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIdeaBiz Even I face similar problem,I tweeted by mentioning @VodafoneIN but no concrete actions been taken by Vodafone, they told me to change plan for speed,I did so because am WFH now & plan cost is almost double than wht I used earlier,after all this effort from my side no improvement

    I think the @VodafoneIN will no more effect if I will portout my sim. Because the data speed of your network is same as mule.

    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN Already mentioned the issue in the previous thread. Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Though we were assured that nothing will change, neither no's nor plans. (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare says “24 hour SIM delivery” but even after 24+ hours my SIM is still not delivered. They only keep changing the delivery timeline again and again.Customer care not responding properly either.Stop showing fake 24-hour delivery ads if you cannot provide the service.

    Hello Team, I am currently in Saudi Arabia and trying to activate my eSIM. First, I recharged with 898 plan, but it started showing “Call Barring” issue. After that, I recharged again with 199 plan, but the same problem is still @airtel @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare Past 3 months,you are charging me unnecessarily.Customer service is useless.Everytime I raise a complaint,they keep repeating that their system is robust & continuing to charge me for internet usage even though my mobile data has been turned off the entire time.
