Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Though we were assured that nothing will change, neither no's nor plans. (1/2)

VI is providing the worst experience ever than other service providers. Now they will file a complaint and will resolve within 5 days, but no one gets to know what will happen in 5 days.
