@VodafoneIN The network has gone from bad to worse in the past couple of days. The handset says “No service” and whenever there is a network available, only one bar displays which doesn’t let calls go through, SMS delivery fails and if at all calls go through, they drop instantly

@ViCustomerCare My father has VI sim, always getting msg to convert to 4G. Which I requested on 14th Jun as per executive it has been upgraded, but till my number is not working. I can't call and not getting call.. use less service no response since 48 hours.
