    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN i can proudly say Vodafone is The worst 4G Service in India , You Have Big Vodafone store In MEERUT But You Have no 4G Service in Meerut Specially At My House Location 😅😅, Kharcha Wahan pe karo jaha jarurat hai.. Avoid @VodafoneIN

    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN Already mentioned the issue in the previous thread. Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Though we were assured that nothing will change, neither no's nor plans. (1/2)

    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN Tried to contact ever since then, but got no resolutions yet. It has been months now, no one is helping. Services are blocked and these numbers are official attached with every account. Kindly help us ASAP as the patience level has already surpassed now.

    Whenever the lockdown will over, I will port out my @VodafoneIN SIM card. From last 6 month I am throwing my money into well and including all my numbers in home. Because I have complained many times for speed related issue. Now my patience level has gone. @rmstakkar

    Sending a chain of continuous sms for bill payment reminders doesn't help as long as my billing issues remain unresolved @VodafoneIN Anyways my bill date is 12th June and your executive called once and never again. My billing issue remains unresolved.

    I have lot of data network issue in my area since last 7 years of Vodafone. I don't know where is tower plugged in every hour. We have some hope while idea join vodafone but still here is same problem. I don't know what is TRAI also doing in this matter. @TRAI @VodafoneIN @aajtak

    @VodafoneIN you guys are pathetic. Despite of escalating the case to appellate authority still the query has not been resolved . In customer service u have kept bunch of jokers who does not know anything. Their own network sucks. Check the recording

    @jyotipratim @ViCustomerCare @DisneyplusHSVIP It is suggested to port out. Vi is the worst network provider. They will not listen. They will not even ask you why you want to port. I’ve already ported to Airtel. I am happy.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing an issue with Unlimited 5G on my Vi number. My phone shows a 5G connection, but my daily data quota is still being deducted. Once the daily quota is exhausted, internet services stop working completely. Kindly investigate and resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare For Vi to Vi change: So many rules For porting over to Vi: One sms Does this make sense? Why is the service for existing customers always so much worse than a potential/new one? Getting a new sim - you can start using it in minutes Whereas for these issues - hours/days long wait.

    @ViCustomerCare I contacted customer support today, but the executive incorrectly stated that my number is not a Vodafone Idea number and refused assistance. I have been using this number with Vi for years and regularly recharge it through the Vi app. Please investigate and help.
