Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. And without information, rental changed, now outgoing calls barred. Even after complaint on 2nd aug, ticket closed without resolution. Please call on my other number 9654232308.
