    Worst service of @ViCustomerCare you guys claiming that you are the largest service provider but you don't have coverage even in cities like Ghaziabad. How much is lying? Even you are not feasible to improve it. Every time i need to move out of my house if i want to make a call.

    @ViCustomerCare in last two months i have raised multiple quries but non of thoes got resolved. While roaming voice and data was pathetic, back to base also has same issue data is "H" or max "H+". What's going on with VI. Please fix it elase SMS "PORT" to xxxxxxxx.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI @CimGOI @DoT_India @ITS_MoC since 2002 i am customer of Vodafone yesterday it chngd my plan without my consent. I ask to port my no then they made more than 10 calls asking reason. #fraud_vodafone

    @manulakhnotra @VodafoneIN I get it what u said. You are right. They have a very poor customer support. Regardless u reach out to them multiple times. Be it connectivity issue or bill related

    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN However, we are charged with monthly rental plans since that day. Our services are blocked and we are getting monthly bills. Concern is if we had already paid for our services to Idea, why we'll pay them again to Vodafone? Operators merging is not our issue. (2/2)

    @VodafoneIN , pls resolved Regarding Complaint no. 76199322531, Mobile no. 9654232350 dated 2nd Aug. And without information, rental changed, now outgoing calls barred. Even after complaint on 2nd aug, ticket closed without resolution. Please call on my other number 9654232308.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I had already raised a request to deactivate my SIM, and the request has already been processed. Despite that, I am still receiving 10–12 calls a day along with continuous promotional messages. I have already informed customer care multiple times that my issue has been resolved, yet I am being repeatedly pressured to continue the SIM and opt for new plans. This is becoming extremely frustrating and feels like harassment now. Please stop these calls and messages immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare Even my wife got irritated bcoz of 5-6 calls every day to convince us. If rather than call us, u could have delivered the SIM on time then probably your teams shouldn't have to give excuses every time calling us. Very Pathetic service mindset
