@DoT_India @VodafoneIN Already mentioned the issue in the previous thread. Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Though we were assured that nothing will change, neither no's nor plans. (1/2)

@DoT_India @VodafoneIN However, we are charged with monthly rental plans since that day. Our services are blocked and we are getting monthly bills. Concern is if we had already paid for our services to Idea, why we'll pay them again to Vodafone? Operators merging is not our issue. (2/2)

@ViCustomerCare you guys need to help us out. Pin code 440033. Which is under city limits shows network, but calls not connecting, incoming gone, sometimes showing E in place of 4G. And the customer care on call has no clue about anything.
