Sending a chain of continuous sms for bill payment reminders doesn't help as long as my billing issues remain unresolved @VodafoneIN Anyways my bill date is 12th June and your executive called once and never again. My billing issue remains unresolved.

@VodafoneIN I am not a direct @VodafoneIN customer but suffering due to mismanagement of its store. Kindly release guidelines to store manager for arranging a waiting lounge for customers not allowed to enter the store and crowd making inconvenience for nearby shop owners.

@ViCustomerCare I by mistake activated an IR pack on 30th sept and immediately called the customer care to cancel the same and was assured I will not be charged and if so would be reversed. I then activated the plan from my date of travel. Your team has not reversed the charges

Regarding @ViCustomerCare... The network providers are a real cheat when it comes to postpaid connections.. Kindly be aware people as they might be charging you for services that you never asked for every single month and making tones of money... Every rupee counts..
