@DoT_India @VodafoneIN However, we are charged with monthly rental plans since that day. Our services are blocked and we are getting monthly bills. Concern is if we had already paid for our services to Idea, why we'll pay them again to Vodafone? Operators merging is not our issue. (2/2)

@DoT_India @VodafoneIN Already mentioned the issue in the previous thread. Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Though we were assured that nothing will change, neither no's nor plans. (1/2)

Despite no documentary evidence had to pay as my portability would have been on hold. Got complaint number with difficulty.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI It's Vodafone in a nutshell. I had to go through a lot of mental agony to port my number from Vodafone (Postpaid) in 2017. Unfortunately I ported to Idea then, which then announced a merger with Vodafone. Now, I moved to Jio in 2019 and never had to worry since then.
