@DoT_India @VodafoneIN However, we are charged with monthly rental plans since that day. Our services are blocked and we are getting monthly bills. Concern is if we had already paid for our services to Idea, why we'll pay them again to Vodafone? Operators merging is not our issue. (2/2)

Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Though we were assured that nothing will change, neither no's nor plans. (1/2)
