@VodafoneIN First day, Worst experience. I have switch from Airtel to Vodafone with a plan of 399 on which you promised Amazon Prime for 1 year and 150 GB extra for 6 months.But today's,after activation you did not provided these. It's not fair to cheat. @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare My number was charged for some VAS i even haven't heard about. When i call 199 they said that the service was activated via web which i never had the refunded the todays one but the one which happened on 20th they didn't . (Also on 20th i was unable to call 199)
