@DoT_India @VodafoneIN Already mentioned the issue in the previous thread. Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Though we were assured that nothing will change, neither no's nor plans. (1/2)

@VodafoneIN , pls resolved Regarding Complaint no. 76199322531, Mobile no. 9654232350 dated 2nd Aug. And without information, rental changed, now outgoing calls barred. Even after complaint on 2nd aug, ticket closed without resolution. Please call on my other number 9654232308.

@ViCustomerCare I've made the worst mistake of life that I've ported my Jio to Vi. Now VOLTE is not working in my city (Patna, Bihar). In 2022 there is no VOLTE here and they are competing with other companies. Worst experience ever.
