    @ViCustomerCare shocking service. Lost my sim 3 weeks ago and put in a request. They gave me a new sim which does not have any network. Nobody at VI has any idea what the problem is. Shocking. Planning to port to either JIO or Airtel.

    @VodafoneGhana @VodafoIndia @ViCustomerCare cheated my money Rs. 10,000 to activate international roaming pack, and refused to pay back after inactivation of the international pack. Called them more than 20 times NO one resolved the issue, just dragging it.

    @ViCustomerCare yesterday I got cal frm v I. To inform me that ur problem is solved but again same old problem I am face again. All. Of the sudden net goes down. In eve problem is v frequent.
