    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @jagograhakjago Dear Authorities, still the response of Vi is same and they are not ready to stop such cheap tactics. They are still asking me to recharge for ₹150 for ₹1 message. Kindly request you to intervene and help me for the same.

    I switched my sim from Jio to @ViCustomerCare 4months ago , I regular do recharges of unlimited plans even I'm having WiFi but from 2 days it's showing "NO SERVICE" and no one is about to resolve it . I'm not able to make calls any thing #vodafoneidea #JioTrue5G #vi5G

    @ViCustomerCare 6 months have passed since I complained in VI and till date the network has not been restored, the network is so bad that even talking is not possible and internet is also not working.

    @ViCustomerCare I like to give you a feedback. Vi international roaming traiff and packs are expensive, compare to other competitor network. Competitor offering Without pack call cost 2 rs I/O calls. With pack call cost 1 rs I/O calls WiFi calling also not available in VI.
