    I m in varanasi .. very poor service @ViCustomerCare , u r charging late bill payment charge but your net speed is torturous, complaint several times but not resolved , I will port my number soon to other service provider ..

    @ViCustomerCare I already provided you with my Vi number and an alternate number as well But there’s isn’t any response from your team And I really don’t think there will ever be to be honest Cause you wanna make your customers suffer right For just a minimal Internet connectivity issue

    Respected @MIB_India and @TRAI please ensure proper internet service of V! @ViCustomerCare in our area ie Sukhi Ram Park, Matiala, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059. Last month internet service was nil for more than one week. Now from yesterday the service is nil. Thanking you 🙏
