    @ViCustomerCare I upgraded from my 3G sim to 4G on 16th June. Since then I have no connectivity. I visited the Vi store on 17th and I was told that the sim is active and so it must be my handset problem. They cannot do anything. (1/3)

    @ViCustomerCare The only information I need is how and who to escalate and get my refund if the sales reps are not answering calls after taking payment, customer care says wait 24 hours on call everyday? Is your owned company also bankrupt like you? Not sure how such companies have license @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare After I sent request to port my number I received 25-30 calls from Vi to reconsider. This is a new way to harrasment apart from poor service and poor connectivity. Instead you should concentrate on providing better service to win back customers.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi sanjukta i opted to port out of vi due to its bad services and now i am getting calls to cancel my portability and i am getting threat calls. One of the girl claiming to be vi customer care agent gave me threat of life!! Please help @ViCustomerCare
