    @ViCustomerCare worse service experience in vi, I am unable to use volte on my number and they said in our system showing already active volte on my number. What is the benifit of that system who showing wrong information don't buy vi sim. @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare @consumerforum_ How easy is PORT OUT is evident from VI asking for minimum Rs. 127 for SMS pack? That is ridiculous. The customer, who barely is able to get his mobile recharged, needs to get an sms pack or 127 for port out message??
