    Actually I port my number ...... port on 18 august airtel to VI since day 1 I faced network issue inside the home your network not work and my phone show no network, and if any person call to me then switch off show. and I had filed a compalaint regarding. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare You have the 3rd class , and double standard services, your198 customer care executive said, i can make calls and sms with talktime recharge,Then today i recharged 10Rs For sms,now they saying it not possible for sms with talktimerecharge you can use it for call

    @ViCustomerCare the services are going bad to worse. IR packs which was suppose to be easy are struggle. The duty free vouchers don’t come in time and packs get activated or requests for deactivated being done without the consent of customer. No process or compliance.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir/Mam my new Postpaid Mobile number is suspended due to unknown reasons your support team is misleading and don't helping me at all and asking to visit store but the store also can't help me if a new postpaid customer is helpless then what will happen to other🙏🏻

    Worst service of vi you now providing 5G speed is same as 4G speed meters showing 1mbps ONLY uploading is also 0.56 it's my 10 th complaint still no solution in this company in my area your site engineer also visit they also said that frequency is down by company @ViCustomerCare
