  @ViCustomerCare VI network is not good specially for indoor usage at s k nagar, talikoti. Whenever I am in Bangalore, no issues. have raised the issue multiple times, it gets closed saying, area has optimal coverage.

This wasn’t just any number it belonged to my late father, and I had kept it active as a cherished memory. Your executives are literally scammers who unnecessarily force postpaid connections on customers. I expect a proper explanation and an immediate investigation into how a 16-year-old number could be permanently deactivated so quickly?? And help me to get it back asap.
