    @ViCustomerCare pathetic Mobile Sheild Service by Vodafone. Raised the claim 1991010124 for Mobile Shield Service on 14th June and not even a single reply or call. Given phone numbers are also not working. Seems totally fake. Really disappointed, time to switch.

    @ViCustomerCare We are facing a worst network here in our area,Network shows 4G but works like 2G,we facing alot issues,but Service is not improving,then whats the use of recharge if we are unable to use it,please solve this problem quickly.

    @ViCustomerCare Idea is worst service provider. No internet speed. No value for customers. You are taking 4g money ang giving internet speed less than 2g. Vi is #cheating customer. I am going to port my number soon.

    @ViCustomerCare In the town of CONTAI , DIST - EAST MEDINIPUR, WEST BENGAL PIN -721491. We face the disturbance of network every night. The 4g getting 3g sometimes 2g. It's not good. If this happens regularly. We will portout.
