    @ViCustomerCare the SIM only delivers 3G or 4G speeds. My request to Vi is this: if you offer a 5G plan, ensure the service quality matches the capability so that customers don't have to constantly toggle 'Flight Mode' to get a connection. I believe that if a customer is loyal to the company,

    @ViCustomerCare Yes, it was resolved, but my service remained suspended for 26 hours; the VI team is responsible for this. Airtel had already provided clearance by 8 o'clock, yet the service was kept off, causing inconvenience to the customer—this is not right.

    Do not port to VI If u port to Vi, iMessage and FaceTime activation will fail. I lost iMessage and FaceTime the day I switched to Vi. This is a carrier-side issue, not Apple. My suggestion: Stay with #jio if u want iMessage/FaceTime to work without issues. #Vi @ViCustomerCare
