    @ViCustomerCare Will I get a response on My complaint No. C003-107053696163 related to internet speed is not yet resolved which was supposed to be resolved by 8th July...I postponed my port request after the assurance of speed improvement but it is not resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare No attempt was made. If you were unable to reach, it was due to the issues of your network. My phone is switched on and I have received other calls. Giving a one ring missed call does not mean you tried to reach me

    @ViCustomerCare Why is it that if I convert to prepaid then my paid subscription for 2nd yr Amazon prime of ₹999 gets deactivated and no money will be returned. Is this true or you customer service agent is giving me wrong information.

    @KotakBankLtd could you stop sending messages to open account with you.. everyday I receive 2to 3 messages from you..this is invasion of my privacy, as I had never enquired about the same. Even though DND is active, I am getting messages. @TRAI @ViCustomerCare
