@ViCustomerCare @rajendrajena13 The irony is that am using Vodafone for a while,but to come online n read this tweet, have to depend upon wifi provided by Jio. Vod net is down for last 3 days n there was no solution even after repeated complaints.

@ViCustomerCare but my problem didn't solve , it's not my only problem many of facing the same issue. If you have solutions then please resolve this . You signal strength is very poor not able to connect more then one call at the same time

@ViCustomerCare have been following up with Vicustomercare since February to fix the issue with my SIM and as of today there is no improvement.SIM is inactive since February. However you are sending bills even though you are unable to fix the issue and provide required service.@TRAI @DoT_India

@reliancejio I have to call from @ViCustomerCare network to talk to Jio's customer care. Jio's executives are disconnecting the phone calls in between the conversation . Is this your best service?
