    @ViCustomerCare : So after providing number in DM, there has not been any response. Are you guys really serious about the issue? You guys really need to refurbish your network as well as customer service as it is not helpful at all.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 @VodafoneGroup since three days I am getting assurance that my sms service will be started but there is no response from vi team. Third class service after vi and idea merger. I am not able to bear the pain.

    @ViCustomerCare i am fed from vi service because my postpaid number is inactive and no one is making efforts to activate it very sad from this type of service😔

    @ViCustomerCare I have a Vodafone sim for 5 years. The sim gets charged with new VAS every now and then. This month, the deduction was around 100 bucks again. And this I never authenticated. Could you look into it?

    @varun_ar Dear Mr. Choudhary (Vodafone) #ViCustomerCare torture.When you port out you get 53 calls in a day asking you want to port... In the initial few calls, I explained the reason for porting and they said fine, now we will update systems and you won't get any calls. But it never end

    @abhinav_appurv @ViCustomerCare Oh my god! How lucky you are!! But for me they don't even credit my balance after recharge. Happend to me 2 times. Still my number is down, neither recharged amount reflected in balance nor I got the refund. After 7 days of complaint.
