  @ViCustomerCare Only change in logo. No improvement in service, network etc. even the utility payment section in the VI app is not working since last 2 months and your customer service team has no update on that. Such a rubbish company

  @ViCustomerCare Recently I have ordered a new sim which was about to deliver door step but they denied to do so. And when I contacted to customer care they said to wait till tommorow and same answer I got for 3 days continuously at last I cancelled the order. #vi

  There is no damn network in Village- pimpri jalsen, taluka-Parner, District - Ahikyanagar (Ahmednagar), Kaise @ViCustomerCare badal raha hai No damn network at all. Please do the needful at earliest within a month.

  @ViCustomerCare See , I am complaining since many years but you are not improving your service . There is only one Network tower in my area which are so for away from my home i am telling you to install one Vi tower in my area because i am not getting even 4g network forget about 5g.
