@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@VodafoneIN Getting worst service from Vodafone for the last couple of months at Ernakulam , No speed for 4g network , even 3g and 2g are faster than 4g when we change the network to 3g only or 2g Only .Customer care executives always say please wait 2days for the past few months

@ViCustomerCare plz don't call.. not interested in chit chat.. just fix the problem.. since March.. its getting kind of a trend.. in every 4/5 days.. i complaint about poor network/data then it get resolved by your team.. but after 4/5 days.. the problem of slow data speed starts again..

@ViCustomerCare Does VodafoneIdea charge 484rs to migrate from postpaid to prepaid opting the same mobile number? The customer executive told me I would get 1.5gb data/unlimited calls for 28days. And said the processing fee is included in that 484rs. Is this true?

Hi @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS, First I was charged 599 for International Package where I haven't even used a single call or sms from the package; furthermore, When It was activated i was never notified via sms or email. How am I supposed to know?
