My phone has become useless—people cannot reach me, and when a call somehow connects, the voice breaks constantly, making communication impossible.

I am currently residing in UAE and unable to travel to Mumbai due to unavoidable circumstances The number was temporarily taken in a friend’s name only to preserve continuity after a porting/deactivation issue, and I am requesting a compliant remote resolution (video KYC/document verification/NOC etc.).
