@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@ViCustomerCare I have not received a single missed call & also my porting req from delhi to assam is pending. what the worst porting service of yours the Rukmini gaon person took 299 Rs too still not ported to assam UPC VD296542

Wrong recharge done and customer care not refunding. Instead of INR 2899, I made a recharge of INR 2699 by mistake and VI is not supporting with a resolution! The senior call centre officer has said that the money is wasted. I can share call recording if needed! @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I have taken a postpaid connection and it's still not activated since a week and none is helping.. neither #ViStore nor #ViCustomerCare with any information. At the entry point @Vodafone_Ind has shown it's standard for service and customers satisfaction..!!

@ViCustomerCare Please resolve network issue in my area. Complaint No 113273101653. If you are not able to provide proper network at such a prime location, don't claim to be a fastest 4G network. @TRAI Why don't you penalise them if they are not providing network which is basic.
