@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@VodafoneIN Getting worst service from Vodafone for the last couple of months at Ernakulam , No speed for 4g network , even 3g and 2g are faster than 4g when we change the network to 3g only or 2g Only .Customer care executives always say please wait 2days for the past few months

@pratham_245 @ViCustomerCare Hey bro, I'm too facing this issue from Dec. The final verdict they're giving is to consume more of their data. That's our decision right to use our faster Wifi when at home and mobile data only when we needed. Did you port out? I'm at my wits end now!

@ViCustomerCare i have placed the request to port my number from postpaid to prepaid .my request is rejected 2 times .and i have cleared all the dues and all the formalities also ..they make fool of costomer they dont listen to costomer.dont take vodafone service.worst company
