@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@VodafoneIN Getting worst service from Vodafone for the last couple of months at Ernakulam , No speed for 4g network , even 3g and 2g are faster than 4g when we change the network to 3g only or 2g Only .Customer care executives always say please wait 2days for the past few months

I received call from @ViCustomerCare for feedback and when I shared my issue rather than solving my problem the executive whose name was Pooja asked me to contact CS. What a pathetic service and no strange why subscribers leaving Vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare the worse service provider that I see in my life. its slogan 4g service, faster service. But the truth is so bad experience with him. when I connect internet to my phone, signals are converted in “No Signal”. I will never Recommend to take this SIM.
