@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@VodafoneIN Getting worst service from Vodafone for the last couple of months at Ernakulam , No speed for 4g network , even 3g and 2g are faster than 4g when we change the network to 3g only or 2g Only .Customer care executives always say please wait 2days for the past few months

Calls are automatically disconnected when network shifts from 4g to 3g or 2g.This is ridiculous and frustrating also. Is this a quality service? @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Network coverage is very poor at my location, post raising multiple complaints one of the executive came to test the network with a device and agreed on the issue but till today the issue stands unresolved.
