@VodafoneIN Getting worst service from Vodafone for the last couple of months at Ernakulam , No speed for 4g network , even 3g and 2g are faster than 4g when we change the network to 3g only or 2g Only .Customer care executives always say please wait 2days for the past few months

@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@ViCustomerCare, my sim is not detectable in my phone. When went to your store, to get replacement, they told me that as per their records my first name and last is swapped. Due to this, they cannot accept any ID, with correct name. Please help, otherwise I'll lose my no.

How absurd and ridiculous? @MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT and @ViCustomerCare automatically does an auto recharge feature without customer's consent. Note: Only a few days back, I did a recharge of Rs.155 That recharge value pack was repeated again.

@ViCustomerCare very surprisingly you changed my plan then many times I visited to store which was now shut. I want to convert to prepaid from postpaid. No store is open in alibag. Then You send me legal notice to pay bill. Which I was 0 MB consumed. Network is so bad.
