@ViCustomerCare you are worst service provider. You are making business just doing wrong charge to customer even though service is not availed. Never recommend to other and associate with you in future. @airtelindia Never disappoint.
@ViCustomerCare i Have reverted in DM. However nobody has contacted me. This seems to be the regular modus operandi of Vi Team. The customer gets so frustrated that in the end he shifts out to a different network due to sheer negligence as is the case here.

Hello @ViCustomerCare , I have never requested for any value added services, then why are you sending messages of confirmation of my requests? And deducting money? Why do you do this to customers? Because of this reason only i'm not recharging my number and want to port.
