@ViCustomerCare 1/ For transferring a corporate connection to individual connection, i walk into the Vi store, Whitefield. I finish all the paper work. I get a call from customer care that there is pending bill amount, without paying that a transfer can't happen.

6/ @ViCustomerCare in the past month I have spoken to 10 different customer support executives and their default answer is that they re escalating ans will get back. It's been 2 months since my initial store walk in and 20 says since the 2nd store walk in.

@ViCustomerCare Sir try calling me once,you won't be able to reach me through call, it's saying "calls are not accepted". Seriously so pathetic network and also my pack validity is going to expire today. Let me see how you guys solve this and reach out to me.
