@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India i have been charged Rs 1499 for Amazon prime (1 year) without approval. It was free when I activated it in June 2022. Now their customer care is saying, since u informed us on 1 dec 2022, u have to pay for 1 year, it cannot be reversed.
