    @Idea @VodafoneIN My sim is damaged. As i request for a new repalcment sim and process for it. Request has been rejected by two times. Help me. If not possible than i will port out all my frends and family no in another network.

    @ViCustomerCare Stop acting in public like you care when you don’t. I got a call from your executive today only when I gave a poor feedback. I told her my issues ONE MORE TIME. She put me on hold saying she is looking into it and then dropped the call. Is this how you resolve a issue?

    @espres0Patronum @ViCustomerCare Strange to me as it was a post paid no. with monthly rental of 300/-. Stupid calculation of company 300 * 36 months = 10800/-. Demand for reactivation 2000/-. Total loss of revenue 8800/-. Maharathi Samajdaar officers. 4 no's ported to other operator. Vodafone is VODAGONE .

    Dear @TRAI @PIB_India, Please help us consumers. @ViCustomerCare Vi is not letting users to send PORT messages without an active pack. Even with balance in account, they are not allowing to send a message. Kindly do something against ths kind of anti consumer policies #trai #PMO

    @ViCustomerCare I had made an order for prepaid sim on 11th March 2023 but after the next day 12th March i am cancel my order but I am didn't get my amount refund in my payment account
