@ViCustomerCare Hey, I am Akshay Pareek living in bhawani mandi rajasthan. Here I am facing network issue,Internet is not working from last one week. Now I have decided to switch over to another network. Also call voice is not clear as compared to jio/airtel. Kindly help asap.

@Idea @VodafoneIN My sim is damaged. As i request for a new repalcment sim and process for it. Request has been rejected by two times. Help me. If not possible than i will port out all my frends and family no in another network.

For the last 5 years there’s a @ViCustomerCare tower in our area bt it's just a showpiece. Works 2–4 days a mnth stays dead the rest of the time. We recharge regularly u keep the service optional Did u install a tower to provide network or just for decoration? @AshwiniVaishnaw

@Laxman_X45 @ViCustomerCare App mein recharge screen pe directly FUP mention nahi hota, lekin TnC (Terms and Conditions) mein chhupa hota hai. Official website pe bhi check karo: kuch plans mein 300GB limit ke baad speed 64kbps ho jati hai. Issue ke liye Vi support (198) call karo ya consumer forum mein complain karo.

@ViCustomerCare #vi please close your south India operations, continue only North India. You are not showing any interest for your South customers, only getting money , we feed , you provide all to them. No improvement in network or data speed in south India..NH connectivity is very poor cont..

@ViCustomerCare I lost network on my VI eSIM on Oct 30 and have been chasing support since. No resolution, SR closed without fix. Today your agent Neha was rude and disconnected my call, saying “we escalated.” It’s been 6 days—no update, no service. Terrible support!!no update

@Laxman_X45 @ViCustomerCare Vi ke "unlimited" plans mein aksar FUP (Fair Usage Policy) hoti hai, jaise 300GB limit, jiske baad speed kam ho jati hai ya extra charges. Recharge ke time yeh clearly mention na hone ki complaints common hain (jaise consumer courts mein cases). Official terms check karo Vi app ya website pe. Issue resolve karne ke liye Vi support (198) call karo ya TRAI ko complain karo.
