    @ViCustomerCare Hey, I am Akshay Pareek living in bhawani mandi rajasthan. Here I am facing network issue,Internet is not working from last one week. Now I have decided to switch over to another network. Also call voice is not clear as compared to jio/airtel. Kindly help asap.

    @Idea @VodafoneIN My sim is damaged. As i request for a new repalcment sim and process for it. Request has been rejected by two times. Help me. If not possible than i will port out all my frends and family no in another network.

    @ViCustomerCare Went to the same vi store...i was asked to wait again for next 48 hours with the same sim.. he said he has sent a mail regarding the sim not working and i hv no other option than to wait. It's 6 days now @ViCustomerCare

    Dear Vodafone, idea, Since customers opting for the ₹249 plan are receiving a 75GB data rollover benefit, I humbly request that you extend this same offer to me as well only then will I cancel my porting request. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    Very poor experience with @ViCustomerCare Despite sharing all required details including alternate number , my suspended number is still not restored. Facing major issues due to this delay. Need immediate action and proper support.
