    @Idea @VodafoneIN My sim is damaged. As i request for a new repalcment sim and process for it. Request has been rejected by two times. Help me. If not possible than i will port out all my frends and family no in another network.

    @ViCustomerCare Sure you are claiming the fastest 4G internet in India, but what about continuity, when needed your fastest 4G is absent. Today, I had an interview scheduled at 2:00 pm, and on the last moment at 1:45 pm the internet was down and all I could do was apologize.

    @ViCustomerCare Not superior for sure, I am with Vodafone since 2015, many people asked me to PORT but I somehow like it. But now considering seriously. Unbelievable network, so much call drop.

    @ViCustomerCare thanks for your concern, I am wearing mask and sanitising hands as much as possible. It is irritating to hear the covid voice recording before making each and every call . Now please don’t irritate me and tell me a solution to avoid that covid voice recording.

    @ViCustomerCare we have to answer these bullshit questions .12 of them .. whose brain came up with them? After doing that the problem doesn’t get resolved.. recently I was told by the tech team to do a sim upgrade .. tell me the procedure for it ASAP #visucks
