@ViCustomerCare Hey, I am Akshay Pareek living in bhawani mandi rajasthan. Here I am facing network issue,Internet is not working from last one week. Now I have decided to switch over to another network. Also call voice is not clear as compared to jio/airtel. Kindly help asap.

@vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare few days ago I Tweetted my grievance related to faulty & excess billing on my mobile number. At 1st VI assured me of resolution & asked me to DM them separately & when I did DM them separately, they completely refused to provide me solution.
