    @Idea @VodafoneIN My sim is damaged. As i request for a new repalcment sim and process for it. Request has been rejected by two times. Help me. If not possible than i will port out all my frends and family no in another network.

    I ported from vi and joined Jio 2 months back. Now 5G network enabled with my device. But the service poor than 3G. It's time to port from @reliancejio Feel like @ViCustomerCare is better than @reliancejio in 2 months

    Came across with the India’s most pathetic and horrible customer service of a telecom provider, they claims to deliver the new connection sim within 3 hours, but the order was placed on 10/02/23, still there is no call for confirmation, TQ @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS #👎🏿servic

    @ViCustomerCare while selling new sim people they told will support eSim.... Now telling only in postpaid supports eSim... Is it your USP??? Bitter experience once again...

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi support team, do you allow queue recharge? For example, your ₹279 combo/validity pack gives a prepaid user 90 days of validity. If I recharge that pack 4 times simultaneously, will it give me 360 days worth of validity?

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare By the way Air India does now and also Jet Airways from back in the day did the same thing. You ask for service and they deploy a new agent each time they respond who wants to know what the issue is. A missing link between the original issue and from a fresh agent picks from.SAME

    @ViCustomerCare Just ported to a different service and i get a call from you guys in the most cunning way to cancel my port request . How much more pathetic can this company become ? .. VI's share price is 7.85 rs per share and its totally justified i feel now ! #VI #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare I dont need assistance Rohan ! I suggest you to leave your job and join a better company cause this one's surely down the rabbit hole. The absolutely ****** technique VI's agent used to cancel my port request is what really enraged me ! #SaveYourselfRohan
