  @ViCustomerCare Hey, I am Akshay Pareek living in bhawani mandi rajasthan. Here I am facing network issue,Internet is not working from last one week. Now I have decided to switch over to another network. Also call voice is not clear as compared to jio/airtel. Kindly help asap.

  @Idea @VodafoneIN My sim is damaged. As i request for a new repalcment sim and process for it. Request has been rejected by two times. Help me. If not possible than i will port out all my frends and family no in another network.

Friends if you face such issues, we need to get together and port out so that this fools wont get our hard earn money for no services. It's been ages I started complaining. Let's port out

  Even after immediately unsubscribing I am still charged for it. When I call your customer care they say they can't help me on that matter. This is the 2nd time I am wrongly charged for VAS. Is it just me or does it happen with all @ViCustomerCare customers?

  @ViCustomerCare Many times I have already raised this concern with your customer care team, but still I didn't get any solution. Apart from this, I have 2 Airtel SIMs, in which I have never had any internet problem.
