    @ViCustomerCare Hey, I am Akshay Pareek living in bhawani mandi rajasthan. Here I am facing network issue,Internet is not working from last one week. Now I have decided to switch over to another network. Also call voice is not clear as compared to jio/airtel. Kindly help asap.

    @ViCustomerCare Few apps are not working on your Vi Mobile data. 1)Prime Video 2) Zee 5 3) Vi app itself 4)My Airtel app My internet speed is 12Mbps everytime in your Vi but then also I m facing this issue. The apps are working fine in other operators internet.

    @ViCustomerCare Have been using your postpaid services,Experience was quite Good! But when I shifted from this place it turnes out to be nightmare! Even struggling to call! With 2G Network everytime! You told I'll experience premium service,Why should I pay Rs.500 bill for what?

    @ViCustomerCare #VodafoneIdea raising complaints since January about worst net speed. Not even opening a small page. But no solution. Only show best in add but worst in reality. 9819750058

    @ViCustomerCare in my building and nearby vinecity we are facing network issue (voice call & internet) request resolution on network issue ASAP as we are not even able to talk over phone.
