    @ViCustomerCare Hey, I am Akshay Pareek living in bhawani mandi rajasthan. Here I am facing network issue,Internet is not working from last one week. Now I have decided to switch over to another network. Also call voice is not clear as compared to jio/airtel. Kindly help asap.

    @ViCustomerCare You should have a basic pack of 1day 2day and so on and should charge minimal amount of 10-15rs and so on..At the end customers does not have Money tree in their home..128rs for a simple 1re sms is true ****!!Would expect some kinda response on this further..

    In last tweet, I clearly requested to @ViCustomerCare that don't call me to know why I am leaving. Why you are calling again & again? If can't give proper service don't call if customer requesting. Tumko paise bhi do aur jhelo bhi.
