    Hi @ViCustomerCare I'm a Vi customer and I'm facing a problem lately regarding internet. Internet is not working properly, it's not even loading webpages in last 24 hours. It doesn't open online games from ever, doesn't open zoom meetings, Spotify, etc. Atleast it used to load..

    Websites and I was able to use internet without any problems. Could download videos, use YouTube, etc. But now nothing opens with Vi network. Please look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible. I am having problems in my online classes. Thank you. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare See I try connect on given no I press 1n after that 2 but when I am entering Vodafone no it says please try again or try with correct no. While I am already entering correct no. So please contact tell me to connect on that no @TRAI please audit Vodafone service in UK garhwal

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Just received a DM from @ViCustomerCare , Mahi, she told the issue has been escalated even further, which may take another 2-3 days. I wasn't made aware about this, till I made this post. Unfortunate. Looking for resolution not the promises.
