    @ViCustomerCare Hey, I am Akshay Pareek living in bhawani mandi rajasthan. Here I am facing network issue,Internet is not working from last one week. Now I have decided to switch over to another network. Also call voice is not clear as compared to jio/airtel. Kindly help asap.

    Due to some unforseen circumstances, had to port out of jio and I choose @ViCustomerCare regret to say ig was the worst decision in my life, the self proclaimed fastest 4G nw provider couldn't even assure the basic service YOUR NW SUCK #nointernet 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare money deducting network , without knowledge of customer deducts money and after making a complaint , says you have made a complaint after 24 hrs , so no refund. Worst customer service

    @ViCustomerCare Even after complaining I am not able to get help. What should I do in the end, you tell me? If this happens, then the customer will move to your other company, then you call the customer, do not do this, do not do this, you do not solve the customer's problem in time.

    @ViCustomerCare I am belong maharorh dinara rohtas bihar and my village population approx 7000.hamble request to say plz installation 4g network in my village approx 2000 user used this time vi sim but don't have 4g connectivity vi then all vi user shift another.

    The day Indian government prescribe minimum network standard for telecom operators and make it punishable if they are not met, @vicustomercare will close itself. What a terrible network!! Absolute fraud in the name of 4G

    @ViCustomerCare I just port to vi & sim is activated( tamilnadu circle). Is there any specific first time recharge plans only i need to recharge in vi app or website to enjoy the service or any plan above the certain minimum amount i can recharge??
