@Idea @VodafoneIN My sim is damaged. As i request for a new repalcment sim and process for it. Request has been rejected by two times. Help me. If not possible than i will port out all my frends and family no in another network.

@ViCustomerCare Let the world know - Problem - Low network, call drop. Solution - Upgrade the sim I have req. for SIM upgrade and completed all formalities. But no luck. Raised a complaint. Team VI - Calling me 20 times and asking for problem only. Finally No resolution. Great

Hey @DoT_India @TRAI, @ViCustomerCare store agent sold a wifi faulty device which is not working as expected, moreover no network to six mobile numbers at my home. Closing cases from their end without any resolution. It’s been a month now. Where should I complain?

@DoT_India, @ViCustomerCare I don't understand why VI teams do not work on providing solutions. For last 2 days I have got more than 20 calls and everyone ask for problem which I have told and mention in twitter, but no one comes with solution. The worst ever experience.
