    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIN Another messed up by Vi Ltd. Apart from providing very poor mobile network service in last 2 years.This time they billed twice on my postpaid a/c even advance payment made, which is visible on my Viapps, but how comes they can't see in their own system
