    @Idea @VodafoneIN My sim is damaged. As i request for a new repalcment sim and process for it. Request has been rejected by two times. Help me. If not possible than i will port out all my frends and family no in another network.

    @ViCustomerCare I had extra payment in my postpaid acct when I moved to prepaid. Extra payment was refunded to my prepaid acct. But, I am not able to use that balance for recharge and they will not refund to my bank. So I have almost Rs.300 sitting in account. Help @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Even after paying for a number that I do not use, my primary number is still deactivated. It's been more than 18 hrs I visited the store, I was told that the number will be activated within an hour. This is my official number and I am facing tremendous problems since last 2 days.

    @ViCustomerCare Inspite of giving my number you guys keep fooling us not able to resolve a single query where if it would be some other provider they would have fix the issue it’s been almost 2-3 months iam trying to get this resolved still no use
