  @Idea @VodafoneIN My sim is damaged. As i request for a new repalcment sim and process for it. Request has been rejected by two times. Help me. If not possible than i will port out all my frends and family no in another network.

  @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

  Hello @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Very frustrated with Vi network issues for the last 1 year! Every time I complain, the ticket gets closed automatically without resolution,the last complaint was on 30th June that case was closed too without fixing the problem.
