    @Idea @VodafoneIN My sim is damaged. As i request for a new repalcment sim and process for it. Request has been rejected by two times. Help me. If not possible than i will port out all my frends and family no in another network.

    @ViCustomerCare I m your Vi post paid customer. Little changes in your Vi channels I observed today. I m a regular viewer CNBC TV 18 which I m unable to find in your news list. Pls get it back else . We are a team of 200 members using Vi would be forced to opt for portability.

    @ViCustomerCare This service is senseless. Disconnecting service of important mobile number without any notice, any request of the number. I am going to court as many people must be suffering from this issue and might help many people.

    @ViCustomerCare No resolution or booster device for my house installed still. I receive a message that they are in the process of improving the coverage. As of not nothing more can be done to improve the coverage. Even after 7 years since my 1st complaint on 27th Feb 2015, Vi is still in process
