  @ViCustomerCare your network is giving lots of problems. Trying to call customer care but no avail. No option to speak to customer care executive. Whenever I try to call anyone from my Vodafone number, I have to try 5 times and then 6th time my phone gets connected.

  Don't use #idea sim it give day by day worst internet speed..if u are used 500 mb then after that ur internet can't work properly iam facing this problem from 10month but idea customer care can't solve this issue...my waste 599 @ViCustomerCare @rsprasad

  @ViCustomerCare I have got a call from courier service regarding a cheque by vodafone which they were unable to deliver it as I have shifted to new location so i wanted @ViCustomerCare to change the new address and initiate the delivery of cheque asap.

  @ViCustomerCare my dad shifted to VI to get added to a family plan..but your store executive started a separate 399 plan for him..cheap service..can understand why VI is losing subscribers..will make sure as soon 90 days get ls over will shift all my 4 connections of of VI..
