    @Idea @VodafoneIN My sim is damaged. As i request for a new repalcment sim and process for it. Request has been rejected by two times. Help me. If not possible than i will port out all my frends and family no in another network.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to complain that we have very very poor network after discussion with the @Vi engineer, I came to know that tower is far away but how come service was great few months back and it’s poor now. It will be hard to change provider for me, family and neighbors

    @ViCustomerCare What kind of pathetic behavior is this, Upon my port request your customer care representatives have called me from 50 private numbers and harassing me, again and again, to stay within your network, if this happens again i will file FIR.

    @ViCustomerCare Tnx but I really now frustrated on vi. If you don't give me solution then within one week I will switch to jio with minimum 14 to 15 people. And I will never recommend to vi. Because you are very politly cheater.
