    @ViCustomerCare Hey, I am Akshay Pareek living in bhawani mandi rajasthan. Here I am facing network issue,Internet is not working from last one week. Now I have decided to switch over to another network. Also call voice is not clear as compared to jio/airtel. Kindly help asap.

    @Idea @VodafoneIN My sim is damaged. As i request for a new repalcment sim and process for it. Request has been rejected by two times. Help me. If not possible than i will port out all my frends and family no in another network.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining for the past 3 months that the Vodafone Idea (Vi) network in my area is not working properly. Please fix it. Till now, none of my complaints have been resolved—every time they just take the details, but nothing actually gets done.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I have not recharged on my number but you have given me free 1gb per day for 7 days and it is expiring today but the data is not working from 7 days ive decided to Port my sim to other company.

    @ViCustomerCare Why don’t you fix your customer care first?? You have said I’ve used 50% of 300 gb international roaming in one day! And all I’ve done is answer emails and WhatsApp’s.

    @Airtel_Presence i have gotten real & multiple first hand reviews of your shrewd business tactics & have faced bad customer support myself in the past, my sim initially was airtel itself & had to port out now, i have chosen @ViCustomerCare I am hopeful I'll have a better experience
