@Idea @VodafoneIN My sim is damaged. As i request for a new repalcment sim and process for it. Request has been rejected by two times. Help me. If not possible than i will port out all my frends and family no in another network.

@charts_breakout @ViCustomerCare I’ve faced this issue before. One of the apps or sites may be open which is buffering video or something and which is consuming all data. Try to force stop everything on phone. And it might get resolved
