@ViCustomerCare Am having one of the worst ever customer service experience. An international roaming pack was activated on my mobile no and it never worked for the last 3 months. Am in the US and last 3 months i have done so many recharges and any rep is not able to help.

@ViCustomerCare i just ported from Reliance Jio and it was my biggest mistake from the day 1 i am getting worst speed calling service is pathetic dont what they are charging for heavy recharges and the speed of their network and calling service is worst......

@ViCustomerCare last time it took 6 days for issue to get resolved and I was finally able to make calls and today again experiencing the same issue that I can't make and receive calls. I know have a Vi phobia. @Airtel_Presence please help me port this number. Need to Port ASAP
