    @ViCustomerCare received below sms. Hello! Your English Seekho - 7 Days is activated. Amount charged is Rs 3.00 /- for 1Day. Renewal charge is Rs 21.00@1Week. To deactivate, SMS STOP to 155223. I never activated this.

    @ViCustomerCare a customer calls 199 with a query pls keep it professional to ans query. Don't ask stupid questions like who are you, what's your father's name? Do customers ever bother to check the full name of your executive or CEO. Resolve query. @MaharashtraLSA @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare UNHAPPY with Voda Customer Care. Asked for sms service cntr no. The executive is interested in my full name and my father's name. That's intrusion. It's me your customer not my father. Gt your act sober. Else every call it would be crass language to your stupid exec's
