    @ViCustomerCare Please be informed that the VI network in and around the Hugli area, Bandel, Pin-712104 West Bengal is extremely poor for the last week. Incoming & outgoing Calls are getting disconnected and breaking very often. You are requested to rectify the glitch ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare You have closed the complaint again without making any change in my plan. Promised to get the complaint resolved by 11.18 am ..just don't understand how difficult it's for you to change the customer plan. If you can't change it. Give me a port code atleast.

    @ViCustomerCare my idea ph number's network is nill from tomorrow till now ...i think that my recharge is expired ..for that reason i do recharge on that number but no reaction in network....i can't do call to tha vi customer care......PH NO.- 7098429561...

    @ViCustomerCare The worst experience from vi company rather than listening to customer they are lecture,My complain is going from more than 25 days,no revert from company,Once customer recharges then there no value of customer,Its totally disgusting @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup
