    This is a good idea to keep postpaid customer waiting on the name of verification and suspend his number on account of verification without calling customer @ViCustomerCare and mention as customer did not picked the phone. I can prove you never called me.

    @ViCustomerCare Cheap business practice to retain customer!! Store people are not changing post to pre. And why there is no pro-rata policy in favor of customer, but for Vodafone only? Why would customer pay for days wherein mobile service was not there???#Vodafone #vodafoneidea
