How bad are ur execs @ViCustomerCare ? They call but don’t speak, while I can clearly hear background noise and when I mention that they speak up and say “I’ll call back”. It’s been over an hr. Is that how they are trained to resolve billing issues? Prolong it till payment date?

Hi @ViCustomerCare Your mini store office told me to wait 2 hours to get my duplicate sim activated and 24 hours to get messages. It's been 10+ hours and still not registered. Could you guys please help?
