    @ViCustomerCare again VI started harassing us like last year,inspite paying bill 470,4 last month,have charged Rs60 extra late fee 4 what?ur network,signal is weak have complained many times but no response.not going to pay late fee,so reverse it or else will change port asp.

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service, have been sending emails to VI customer care and messages on twitter as well but no one is bothered to reply, @ViCustomerCare is of no use, from last 3 days no one is able to respond to my emails and messages...Disgusting service.
