    2/3 @ViCustomerCare Then second time when I went over there, at that time she told me that it's still showing pending. Now when I called your store again, I said to your agent that I will close stop my service with Vodafone at that time she is saying okay you can do it.

    @ViCustomerCare hii just got to know that you dont have coverage in Leh ladakh.Though i was not surprised as your network 📡 is a problem in metropolitan areas too but I have been your postpaid customer for 25+ years what am I supposed to do now my phone calls are important

    I've tried to login to the VI app very often but I didn't succeed in it.Whenever I try to login I do not receive any OTP on my phone Now there is no point in even compiling bcs it is postponed by giving a technical answer.I would love to give you a below 0 rating. @ViCustomerCare
