It's been 24 hrs of complete network blackout in my locality, @reliancejio what a garbage support system you have. Even after repeated dms the issue isn't fixed. Now @VodafoneIN is following the trend, they're down too.

@ViCustomerCare@AdityaBirlaGrp No 4G in our area. In my my both locations pincode 756046 & 756002.If your service will like this then your subscriber become very low. I would not able to recharge my no because of the worst network. Hope for a better service. Otherwise i will port

@ViCustomerCare So I get a call back and am told there is nothing that can be done about the network issues. Am sure I will get a DM that they have discussed the issue with me. Was just stating that am disappointed and that VI continues to charge 100% for such poor connectivity(not registered)

@ViCustomerCare In house and out house network bar is zero so not able to do work, very very poor service of Vi .have updated Vi engineer many times they say company head people never listen so we can't do any thing so bad about Vi HOD
