    @ViCustomerCare very bad service. Customer care don't received call for two hours. They said transfer your call but disconnected.

    It's been 24 hrs of complete network blackout in my locality, @reliancejio what a garbage support system you have. Even after repeated dms the issue isn't fixed. Now @VodafoneIN is following the trend, they're down too.

    @ViCustomerCare From last couple of months, Vi Internet Network is very poor at my location. Most of the time, 4G & VoLTE is not available.

    @panix68 @ViCustomerCare Arun, try the restart option ... either restart phone or airplane mode and then back to network. It worked for me last time I had same problem.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Yeah it's no use. No one replies fast enough to keep a track of. I DO NOT have a signal to send any message. I have already tried manually connecting, it doesn't work. I have an IR and Balance, yet no signal.

    @ViCustomerCare it more than 48hours vi customer care couldn't update kyc details.. Their social media team asking me to recharge 149rs whereas I am waiting for 4g sim upgradation (which pending in back end due to poi for which I have already submitted Aadhar ID in mini store)
