    Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

    @ViCustomerCare have been facing lot of og/ic call connection issues lately, raised complain on May 25th... Buy no resolution yet... Do you want to switch to Airtel????

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, I have shared the details in DM. VoLTE has been unavailable since yesterday around 5 PM. I cannot make or receive calls, and whenever I try to call the network disappears. This is very urgent as calls and network are extremely important. Kindly take it seriously and fix it

    @JioCare Most networks are not working except for @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN. Vodafone delivers an excellent network under the same circumstances. Please look into this or we will have to look into porting our numbers.

    Pathetic network service by Vodafone in Delhi. Even basic calls don’t connect & mobile net is useless. Imagine being stuck in emergency & unable to dial a call. Customers pay bills but get zero service. This is harassment. @ViCustomerCare please fix this urgently. @TRAI @ictmin

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Your network really doesn’t work 5g I live in Pune it Shows 5G network but speed it Just around 35-60Mbps that’s really bad network I have seen among all others The speed is too slow for 5G Sim
