    @ViCustomerCare have been facing lot of og/ic call connection issues lately, raised complain on May 25th... Buy no resolution yet... Do you want to switch to Airtel????

    @VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

    Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

    1/ 2 @ViCustomerCare I wanted to switch my operator, walked into a VI store and asked for details of international roaming plans for prepaid. I was told to call customer care even though I was not a customer. I called 9848012345 after looking up online.

    @ViCustomerCare my phone (Mi A3) supports vowifi, but Vi doesn't support vowifi on my phone. Why is a universal feature like vowifi restricted to select few phone models? What stops you from opening it to all phones?

    @ViCustomerCare Just close your company and customer service if you can't help any customers. Just only keep lodging complains only until my data pack validity comes to end. Worst company VI. Will leave it and mnp to airtel once my plan is over.

    @ViCustomerCare visited @ ur store for new SIM because my old SIM 9988208577 is not working properly, ur representative asking me for SIM chrgs 50 rs and asking me for swtch off my SIM for 2-3 hour then i said give any recipient or any acknowledgement for charges and she denied
