Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

@VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

@ViCustomerCare network is so ghatiya that no one uses it in my locality, i tried after seeing there ad, but believe me they are unbelievably ghatiyaaa network, luckily I took only a month pack.. 23 more days to get rid of this shiiit

Hi @ViCustomerCare I would like to inform you that I am unable to use any app like Paytm, Grofers, VI itself etc. when my network is on 4G. It was happening from last 3-4 days. I have another device in which I tried to use app but it's too not working with Vodafone 4G. (1/2)

And i tried calling their customer care multiple times regarding that and they keep telling me to call after 4 hours and the internet is slow because of maintenance and its been 4-5 days still the shitties speed. Don't Buy VI.

@rnbose @ViCustomerCare I get similar reminders from local service provider but with disclaimer to “ignore this message if you have already paid”. To be fair, I receive a. reminder when time lag in time of payment and of reminder is less. I do not receive further reminder once they update their system
