Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

@VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

@ViCustomerCare I will do mnp only if you send a technician to home and show me that you can provide better signal reception than airtel. If you do that I am ready to mnp to Vodafone. It worthless to pay airtel when their intentions are cheating and making money.

@kevinjoshi @ViCustomerCare Yes bro to worst service And I used redx for 5 consecutive month in 6th month while paying bill in vi app I changed plan by mistakenly and again came back to redx immediately when I receive a text that I changed my plan And they charged 3000 for that I will never recommend this

@ViCustomerCare I brought a sim 1.5 years ago by providing my documents and my proof . Today when I went to vi store to Raisa a complaint of my sim I got to know that the sim is registered by my father's name and all the documents were mine . I need immediate help
