    Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

    @ViCustomerCare Why can't I send SMS despite having an active pack (unlimited calls), top-up balance, and another SMS pack on my VI sim? The network is already poor and now this... If it wasn't a temporary number I would have switched to @airtelindia or @reliancejio.

    @ViCustomerCare i had been complaining from so long ,, why dont u guys respond ,,, your VI network is getting worst day by day , i had complained 5 or 6 times on ur customer care number but nothing happened,, i guess i have to swap with any other operator

    @ViCustomerCare After 5 days, just today morning 4G issue got resolved but same issue started again now. No 4G, just "E" above signal bars. I guess there's no one accountable at vi currently and customers are taken for a ride. Really fed up. Time to end 15 yrs relationship of vi
