    @ViCustomerCare have been facing lot of og/ic call connection issues lately, raised complain on May 25th... Buy no resolution yet... Do you want to switch to Airtel????

    Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

    @ViCustomerCare yours is pathetic mobile service and people in customer care liars like kaushal in senior desk. Talking to customer care is like dealing with some government department. Attitude of customer care is we will not help customers even if vi shuts down #vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Please improve your 4G network it’s both slow and low inside buildings every time. Your spectrum purchased in 5G auctions is mediocre & dirt cheap, spend some on network gear, Otherwise their will be mass exodus to #Jio which is launching 5G services next month.
