@ViCustomerCare no proper connectivity at Indore since last 3-4 days in vodafone idea network. calls are not going, no proper voice in incoming calls, call droppnlings, no otp serving, many more problems. Pls look in to the matter, correct the network, provide the better services

@ViCustomerCare @_DigitalIndia I raised my complaint with VI CARE on 10th August (issue is - I'm not able to send sms to verify UPI, messages are not sent/ unsuccessful). I paid to #VI more than Rs. 499 per month Continuously following for the issue from more than a month.

@ViCustomerCare Even though I’ve unlimited prepaid pack valid till 2nd October, strange enough it tells me I’ve zero balance so I cannot make calls. Customer support on call as well told me they see ‘no problem’ and refused to understand my problem. Terrible service.
