    Dear @ViCustomerCare for last 3 days 4g is working at a snail Pace in Bandra west. Are you even aware? Kindly have someone fix it.

    The @ViCustomerCare executives are not behaving properly with the customer. Firstly they don’t do the verification process properly and then without pre informing us, they discontinued the number which is creating so much ruckus to me. Even after complaining about it.(1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare Facing issues with bill payment. Requested to port number to post paid smtm back but postpaid payments not going through, app still says prepaid nmbr. Multiple complaints but no help yet, last date passed due to ur delay.
