    @DESIGIRL910 @dramitvij @ViCustomerCare Absolutely right,Plz go ahead and do it. I made a horrible mistake of porting from airtel to vi and suffering from network issues plus plan issues and now have to wait for 3 months.Their vi store fleeces customers and doesn't provide correct info

    @ViCustomerCare is so smart I raised a complaint for network accessibility and they have a TAT of 7 days. Within 7 days whenever I followed up they ask to wait till 7th Day. Magically on 7th day the ticket is marked resolved and the only solution left is to port to @airtelindia

    @SripathiGuru18 @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare I get answered but it's horrible, Says due to huge load on network ,quality of network is not good in my area and we r working on it. I ask for time how long you resolved. They have no answer. Is it our responsibility to add network tower?
