    @ViCustomerCare VI clearly stands for Very Incompetent.I am a Redx customer and as the app is incompetent I couldn't change the plan after chatting for over an hour with Aarti and Varun (supervisor ) i was told plan will change in 24 hrs- 48 hrs and counting job not done
