I can't even receive a single OTP or any service/banking message properly because there's hardly any network. But somehow, the bills always arrive on time. I have been using this number with Vi for years and regularly recharge it through the Vi app. Please investigate and help.

He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.
