Nobody seems to know what’s happening @ViCustomerCare . Pathetic customer service! Still no solution to the esim issue i raised. They don’t even seem to know it’s been launched in KERALA,while their stores and website confirms the launch.

@ViCustomerCare My father has VI sim, always getting msg to convert to 4G. Which I requested on 14th Jun as per executive it has been upgraded, but till my number is not working. I can't call and not getting call.. use less service no response since 48 hours.
