    @ViCustomerCare its over Vi you are losing a customer. I'm going to port to @JioCare when my recharge ends. Your slow 5G is so frustrating. The most used button on my phone is the airplane mode thanks to vi, not a single day passes without using the airplane mode 😠.

    @ViCustomerCare Booked a SIM online and was promised delivery by March 7. Since then, every day I call customer care and get the same answer: “It will be delivered by evening.” Today I asked them to at least share the store address so I could collect it myself.
