    I feel Very Bad after 3 Days Past VI not take action after complaint that Network poor in Vapi ,Gujarat Area. They just pass the time by asking details nothing else. After received details just Silent. You should accept that Not able to restore the service @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi sim has no internet andno signal at the exact spot where it always worked before, although moving a few feet away restores the signal. Please check if there's a tower or network issue in my area. Turning out to be worst experience, faced too much issues.

    @ViCustomerCare inspite of so many escalations and calls and number of attempts my number is still not reactivated, proving how worst your customer service could be. Even you social media team is not fully equipped to resolve issue, your KYC team is worst as well

Please share the locations of the retail touch-points for the PIN code. also,I would like to understand why a representative can visit for KYC in case of a new sim, but not for duplicate sim KYC 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare Again no network from 4 hrs, what’s wrong with you guys? Are you going to compensate for the number of days being out of network coverage? Seriously it’s time to switch to @airtelnews now.
