    @ViCustomerCare @trai Vodafone speaks only but in rural areas the network service is poor. So in our kKankavali natal village in Sindhudurg in the state of Maharashtra, the situation is so bad today, then people move to Jio because Jio's service is great. Bad Vodafone idea😡

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I am not voluntarily discontinuing the services of the company. I don't get any 4G signal at all on mobile. I have to use MR600 4G+ Router ﹠ external LPDA anteena to use there services When the company will not give me good service,

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Then why should I continue to pay them a huge bill? Still the services which I have used till date. I am ready to pay bill but, Why do I pay this exit charge or penalty? It is the company's fault that they cannot resolve my problem.

    @ViCustomerCare It's been almost 5 days of the concern raised, still no resolution received. This is the experience you are offering to customers. Cheating customers and not listening to grievances and complaints. I will soon enroll for MNP. #SayNoToVI

Please don't get shy, your network team is unfit. Please pay for some talent person instead depending on new.
