@ViCustomerCare for any query asked your response time is 3-30 days (What Superb TAT ) and in sending resolved sms time 3-4 days. BUT WHERE IS THE RESOLUTION !!!

@ViCustomerCare I purchased the postpaid sim recently with 699 plan the internet speed is too slow whereas VI admit that VI internet speed too fast (Giganet) as compare to other mobile telecom company that is false.

@ViCustomerCare I tried them they told you need to come in direct for reactivation..But due to lock down in tamilnadu I could not able to visit them..I visited them today they are saying due to system error you need to pay the post paid bill fir one more month
