I got an email confirming that my number is active again. I called customer care & they informed me that number is active on lost sim and change in ownership is not processed and they are not able to help me. I am totally clueless about what customer care is for? @ViCustomerCare

I wanted to have another sim of the same number as the number linked to my adhar and bank accounts. My father visited the store in Delhi with my original adhar card to get the sim issued. Unfortunately he didn’t get the required support.@ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare thanks to your REDX plan with 20-40Kbps SO CALLED 4G(~2G) speed that I am able to contact interplanetery UFO. Everything sucks in VI. I would definately suggest it to my enemies to torture them. #vitertoise

@ViCustomerCare I did port Airtel to VI. VI store told me you will get free plan, call/data for next 2 months but I can't able to call and even not available to get any SMS Help me asap, it's very urgent for me now.
