  @VodafoneIN First day, Worst experience. I have switch from Airtel to Vodafone with a plan of 399 on which you promised Amazon Prime for 1 year and 150 GB extra for 6 months.But today's,after activation you did not provided these. It's not fair to cheat. @DoT_India

  @growwithmoney DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE AND FRAUD BY VODAFONE  @ViCustomerCare Worst service provider Vodafone. Just lies & more lies. Shame on Vi service. Rs. 49 recharge on 11 August, with outgoing, incoming, sms, service validity for 28 days till 7 Sep, but Vodafone blocked incoming on 31 Aug.

Appears VI employees are on Jio payroll too, harassing customers at VI so that we migrate to Joi. On BI customer care number I have lodged complaint, promised to resolve in 4 hour, but 5 hrs now, nothing changed.
