@VodafoneIN First day, Worst experience. I have switch from Airtel to Vodafone with a plan of 399 on which you promised Amazon Prime for 1 year and 150 GB extra for 6 months.But today's,after activation you did not provided these. It's not fair to cheat. @DoT_India

@VodafoneIN Well done, Vodafone. Fab customer care services you are providing to your virtual customers coz I am sure you have no interest in real customer problems. I am still waiting for my 200Rs as a refund. Also, your my Vodafone app is a crap it shows paytm Bal 0 even if there is money.

@ViCustomerCare I have raised my concern to customer care about network issue in our area. Due to network problem we are not able to talk neither use internet service . Even most of the resident switch this network to Jio due to good coverage. But I got reply we can't help you to improve now.
