@VodafoneIN Internet Service of Vodafone is very slow any thing I am downloading then speed is very fast but during surfing speed is very boarding and worse. I was ported my @BSNLCorporate number to @VodafoneIN but now I am porting to @Airtel_Presence .

@ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

@ViCustomerCare highly unprofessional we have paid our bill since a week , still bill payment is not update inspite of mutliple follow ups and emails sent, numbers getting disconnected, will port all the numbers , rubbish service, extremley disappointed
