@ViCustomerCare Here is an interesting story. After complaining for 8 days of service down, VI sent an engineer home. But he has a postpaid phone and mine is prepaid. So even a VI employee couldn't talk to VI pre paid customer service 🤔. Solution ? He says I have to go to the store in the rain

@ViCustomerCare Fraud Alert! Vodafone activates random VAS and deducts money from customer accounts and upon complaining they say that customers activated it themselves and also offers to deactivate but not refund. Great trick! Stop this fraud first!
