    @ViCustomerCare complain number ODI-V00540989543 service engineer visited to my home to their possible extent they try to sort out the issue, Unfortunately same data & voice issue happening. Installation/upgradation of serving site is only solution what Vi team found. Solve ASAP

    @TRAI my Vodafone number is not able to receive any Calls from non Vodafone numbers only Vodafone number can make incoming calls on my number . I don't know why this restrictions is there please help me @ViCustomerCare

    It's been more than 7 hours but it doesn't look like @ViCustomerCare seems to care. Forget about getting it fixed, the complaint has not even been acknowledged.

    @ViCustomerCare First improve the service for customer sir I logged the complain on 382 of waiver to happen which is happening since when my sim activated I explain ur person and they dont even know why the waiver is happening pathetic service. Reff 4-121184693836 worst service

    @ViCustomerCare hi, i am not sure why but i am unable to send or receive any text messages since 10th aug, 21. Please try to solve this issue as i am unable to receive any important OTPs that banks are providing
