  @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea slow internet speed, after complaining to, Vi customer care executive, he tells me that he is transferring call to senior executive but, then the call was disconnected, this happens me 2nd time , Very bad service from vi , i am changing my sim to jio

  @ViCustomerCare Kindly check your Network in Mumbai as well as Palghar District. Your Network seems dead. Give some life support to your network. I am facing the issue since so many days. But I was thinking that the same will be resolved automatically but it's a waste of time.

  @ViCustomerCare I am unable to make or receive calls, Not sure why exactly the services are barred as there is no outstanding payment. Not able to raise a complaint using your pathetic app "Vi" and Vic chat assistant is just dumb bot with no use. Unbarred my call services
