    @VodafoneIN Using Vodafone since years but facing worst 4G data network experience near icici bank, Mzp on my iPhone, Do check your towers & upgrade ur network here instead of just saying “3 times more 4G speed” or else I’ll switch to another one if problem will still ongoing...

    Since they’ve cut my line, because they’re unfairly charging me, I got a new Jio number. But they harass my mother, who is also a Vodafone Idea customer. Illegally getting her contact again crossing all lines. @ViCustomerCare why are you so corrupt, disgusting & sadistic?

    @ViCustomerCare I have raised multiple complaints about my coverage Issues. I get a response that network team is working on it. And the complaint is closed right away. I am on the Redx plan paying you more than Rs 2000. Why should I be on your service? Please let me know 🙏.

    @DoT_India @TRAI @ViCustomerCare I regret opting for Vi today. Since the time I have ported there’s no network. In the world of 4G/5G I’m getting 2G. Not even a single call made from mobile. I’m not willing to pay the bill which will be generated soon. No response from Vi

    pathetic response by @ViCustomerCare service. outrightly declined my request, didn't transfer call 2 manager + denied to provide complaint/ref #. ₹499 recharge done by error, I called within 10 mins but no consideration. Kindly cancel recharge & refund. I haven't used service.

    Wow what an bad service of @VI company. If you want to join with VI you are in big trouble they provide you fake cumitment ,defaulted SIM and after harassment in bounus. Be aware specifically with Rahul in NCR @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare
