    It's been more than 24 hours. I have zero network. I am not able to make any calls nor am I receiving any sms so can't even raise a complaint on vi app @ViCustomerCare I have sent emails tried everything to reach out. Now is the time to change my network service. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare This sums up your service. I've clearly stated my concern previously in the 2 continuous tweets. You're asking to reply my concern again. I don't want to use Vi network coz it's pathetic so I want to port to airtel and you've been rejecting my requests to port. That's my concern.

    @ViCustomerCare how to remove covid Vaccine message before placing any calls. Need to wait for whole min before connecting a call. In urgent times it's creating lot of issues when you need to dial in an emergency.

    @ViCustomerCare so many complaints but still no network services in my all 5 numbers. Pathetic and irresponsible

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea limited has reached the height of poor service. I have done more than 10 complaints in 1.5 months for which they only give temporary solutions. The internet has stopped working again even after complaining to customer care and getting temp solution.
