@VodafoneIN Using Vodafone since years but facing worst 4G data network experience near icici bank, Mzp on my iPhone, Do check your towers & upgrade ur network here instead of just saying “3 times more 4G speed” or else I’ll switch to another one if problem will still ongoing...

@ViCustomerCare worst customer service i haven't ever seen .....your customer support put my call on hold for 7-8 minutes and then no response.....they asked me my location instead of solved my data deduction related issue , i called them many times but no response

@ViCustomerCare I have a Samsung M30 but it is currently not covered in VoWi-Fi I frequently travel to Pune and at my home indoors the range is non-existent I am virtually disconnected from the network, Can you confirm if the handset will be covered soon?

@ViCustomerCare Worst network ever I had complained before about the slow and worst speed of Vodafone . These people are just testing my patience , If this continues I won't be part of Vi. Unfortunately I wouldn't be having any option except to port my operator to some other companies ?
