    @ViCustomerCare Internet speed exponentially fallen down and is varying with an upper limit of 1 Mbps from yesterday evening. VI sim is the main source of my internet and being a student its creating inconvenience. No help from customer care yet. Used to get 32 - 36Mbps. Help :/

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service. Getting calls from your executives in every 15 min just because I decided to port to some other provider
