@VodafoneIN Which type of response do you want . There is no network in my phone and this is problem and I don't have any alternate number. He just do very simple task - fix the issue and if cant plz let me know so that I can port to another provider .

@ViCustomerCare I never seen a such a poor service support from VI customer care. I log a complaint against the wrong amount added in my invoice 10 days ago. But still did not get any reply to me.Guys never buy any service from VI.

@ViCustomerCare, please check your network in Vazira Naka, Borivali-W, Mumbai. Showing EDGE since yesterday night. Internet not working. Same issue for another device. On changing location, showed 4G and working ok.
