    @VodafoneIN Using Vodafone since years but facing worst 4G data network experience near icici bank, Mzp on my iPhone, Do check your towers & upgrade ur network here instead of just saying “3 times more 4G speed” or else I’ll switch to another one if problem will still ongoing...

    @ViCustomerCare it’s my day 1 with Vi and highly disappointed with the service. I had purchased a sim online and have done online recharge too; however it seems the plan or “frc” could not be activated and the customer care agent asked me to visit store

    One of the disgusting networks ever I used so far… and now I’m confined to change my network to Vodafone idea and I’m doing that within few days and we are fed up of this god damn @airtelindia . Hello @ViCustomerCare hang up I’m coming…you deserve a better position

    @ViCustomerCare Consider this comment as feedback. There are many good recharge plans being carried by you at the present time, but all these services have no meaning. I have been facing low Internet speed issue from a long time. Customer care did not resolved my concern yet.

    @ViCustomerCare i contacted ur service centre and they said it is their optimum services and if 13kbps then goodbye going to change service provider goona change sim ASAP..

    @ViCustomerCare false promise. Pathetic customer care. Issue not resolved even after daily complaints. "As per our recent communication, your concern has been raised under SR # - MP-V00794186279 and expected closure due date is 27 Jan 22 11.13 AM."
