    @ViCustomerCare I opted DND service but spam call did not stop yet, today i again received call which number is +918587951544 and this call is chargeable if you press any key. Last time by mistake i press the key and amount was deducted from Vi account balance. Kindly stop this.

    @rahulroushan @ViCustomerCare I am unable to send sms from my postpaid sim for last one month, and their customer care always gives me next date each time for resolution of the complaint, I can't even send a port out sms. Such is the pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare STILL OUTSTANDING. Karishma from Customer calls and hangs up on me. Earlier she promised resolution by July 22 but nothing done till now. I keep asking you to provide call logs of when Network tried to call but despite multiple calls no logs! Customer Care at its WORST

    @BhaskarS77 @ViCustomerCare Vodafone chor h. Call drop 2G internet speed but charge for 4G Unnecessary service activation and dedicating charges without customer permission. Complaint resolution standard is "Bakwas"
