  @ViCustomerCare i have tried calling twice. The whole "cricket bonanza" ad plays when the call is being transferred to a service agent and then hangs up immediately. Awesome customer service. So proud to be a VI user.

  @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Ravinder Sir given me 1 reason not to port my VI number as i am facing call drom on receiving calls. Multiple call complaint done multiple time visited Vi Kolkata Dalhousie store but i get ony excuses instead of salutations. God knows you and your Vi doing what for Vi

  @ViCustomerCare None of them replying here as Vi don't have guts to resolve my issue. This the reason for porting the number. Every time i am getting call on other not to port or for resolving issue but bas baate badi badi and not doing anything related to my issue.

  @ViCustomerCare Tonight from 3am your network is showing emergency call only,and everything is closed,at my location, and even after complaining so much, noaction is taken,it is just said that teamwork Is doing,if only the team is working,then why is the network not correct now?
