@VodafoneIN Using Vodafone since years but facing worst 4G data network experience near icici bank, Mzp on my iPhone, Do check your towers & upgrade ur network here instead of just saying “3 times more 4G speed” or else I’ll switch to another one if problem will still ongoing...

@ViCustomerCare Mr Anish, iam unable to download whatsapp messages, Facebook, twitter, & unable to access YouTube, I think @KMBirla & your Network department @CTO both are unable to resolve customer's issue, simply neglecting customer complaints. I think I have to portout all our VI connections.

@ViCustomerCare Haven't seen such a pathetic customer service. Requested to migrate from #Postpaid to #Prepaid on 11/08/21. Cleared the OS dues & paid for recharge as well. But no update yet. Tired following up with CS. New billing cycle started & I'm not paying anything now

I rarely use phone sms services but when I use it it's generally for important stuff..like deactivating card services or request but nowadays can't even use one sms of @ViCustomerCare ? even after recharge of 10 unable to use...why so much greed?? pathetic service. @TRAI

@Airtel_Presence My biggest mistake was to port from @VodafoneIN to your network without consulting my fellow mates. For every call I have to go out of my office. Even to tweet this I have come out to get proper internet connection
