    @VodafoneIN Using Vodafone since years but facing worst 4G data network experience near icici bank, Mzp on my iPhone, Do check your towers & upgrade ur network here instead of just saying “3 times more 4G speed” or else I’ll switch to another one if problem will still ongoing...

    @ViCustomerCare we have been receiving very poor 4G experience at pincode 411045 (Pune) on all 3-4 mobile connections in my house for last 5-6 months, whereas JIO and Airtel are working perfectly fine. Kindly look into this urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday I have exchange my Vodafone SIM with VI SIM but that is also not yet activated, have shared comm. Id of SIM exchange but executive said they have not received any request. You are harassing a customers with your poor quality of service & network.

    Team VI @ViCustomerCare I'm facing very serious problems with VI. Forget using internet I barely get any signals in my area. Even i can't call anyone no signals. I tried all your Settings but no solution & getting - 128dB signals almost no signals of 4G services. Num-8795869693

    @ViCustomerCare I doubt the company has adapted a business model that is cheating on customers. And no one is serious about complaints. Customer care appears a meaningless platform.
