    Vodafone network has deactivated my number without any prior information and now they are saying that I can't get that number again. I have visited Vodafone store 3-4 times and still they aren't doing anything in order to solve my issue @VodafoneIN @TRAI @VivekBadrinath

    It's disgusting that @VodafoneIN customer representative gives false Information. And for that reason I lost my current pack. If she doesn't know the curect information, then she can told me. But she gives me wrong information intentionally .and It's my last recharge on Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't aspact anything from Vodafone ... They told me they can't do anything... You call to that no. ( Wrong no. ) And ask if he can recharge back aur eles he will send money.. but vodafone can't help anything

    @ViCustomerCare I am trying to send SMS since last 1 months but unable to do so and now your representative called and said my services expired yesterday but I want to know why I was unable to send any SMS before the expiration of service despite of having balance in my account.

    @ViCustomerCare Is there any way I can talk to a real person to raise my complaint. U've blocked many websites on my sim. I can't even access Google, Twitter or Amazon on ur network. I have cleared all the cache, changed the network setting, put on airplane mode. #Vodafone (Cont)

    @ViCustomerCare Abysmal customer service. Please check my mail on a complaint regarding UAE international roaming. My refund of INR 4.5k is pending, and yet you guys choose to close the complaint raised on the VI app, without resolving it. Disgusted with the response.
