It's disgusting that @VodafoneIN customer representative gives false Information. And for that reason I lost my current pack. If she doesn't know the curect information, then she can told me. But she gives me wrong information intentionally .and It's my last recharge on Vodafone.

Vodafone network has deactivated my number without any prior information and now they are saying that I can't get that number again. I have visited Vodafone store 3-4 times and still they aren't doing anything in order to solve my issue @VodafoneIN @TRAI @VivekBadrinath

@ViCustomerCare are you guys serious?? U people have the worst service in India. In my village, there was no network of VI. I recharged for 84 days, out of which 50 days ur network wasn't available. During second wave, I was unable contact my mom as I was struck in other place.

Since the port out request have been given in the morning, I have received at-least 50 calls on the porting number and alternate number. Every time the person calling says this is the last time you are getting this call. And it never stopped. @ViCustomerCare #SorryforchoosingVi
