It's disgusting that @VodafoneIN customer representative gives false Information. And for that reason I lost my current pack. If she doesn't know the curect information, then she can told me. But she gives me wrong information intentionally .and It's my last recharge on Vodafone.

Vodafone network has deactivated my number without any prior information and now they are saying that I can't get that number again. I have visited Vodafone store 3-4 times and still they aren't doing anything in order to solve my issue @VodafoneIN @TRAI @VivekBadrinath

@ViCustomerCare India’s fastest 🤔🤔. It’s perhaps worst and slowest #4G. Complaint also doesn’t work. If you reach out to customer care, be ready for an unproductive long haul. And to top it all - #Vi charges customers for their #inefficiency.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, there is no network on my father’s Vodafone prepaid no. in Kolkata since yesterday night.He’d called yesterday Cust. Care to be told that there was indeed some network issue & will be resolved by midnight. But as I write, there is no network.This is pathetic.

@Bharat_raj96 @ViCustomerCare You are lucky. Mine experience is totally the opposite. It was pretty good in the early days when I ported from another network. Last year and a half, it has become the worst. Regular network outage running upto 2 days, incompetent support. No wonders Vi will soon shutdown too.
