Vodafone network has deactivated my number without any prior information and now they are saying that I can't get that number again. I have visited Vodafone store 3-4 times and still they aren't doing anything in order to solve my issue @VodafoneIN @TRAI @VivekBadrinath

It's disgusting that @VodafoneIN customer representative gives false Information. And for that reason I lost my current pack. If she doesn't know the curect information, then she can told me. But she gives me wrong information intentionally .and It's my last recharge on Vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare If someone has to learn how to mentally harass your customer then one should take a spl session from VI, the more you get older with them more they harass you.
