    Vodafone network has deactivated my number without any prior information and now they are saying that I can't get that number again. I have visited Vodafone store 3-4 times and still they aren't doing anything in order to solve my issue @VodafoneIN @TRAI @VivekBadrinath

    It's disgusting that @VodafoneIN customer representative gives false Information. And for that reason I lost my current pack. If she doesn't know the curect information, then she can told me. But she gives me wrong information intentionally .and It's my last recharge on Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare it is worst network & customer care support are lying regularly. Since last 1 month they are saying same word that system aren't working call him after 4 hours. They are not registering complaints. I'm from up east India.

    @ViCustomerCare in continuation to my above tweet... whatever damage will be done to me financially, Vi will be responsible as I am not getting OTP from none of the bank. Again I called your customer care team, and again they need 48 hrs to close this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare @mateennaqvi Good decision, #vi don't have and can't provide good service. They don't have experienced network team. They can restrict with 2g and 3g. They are incapable to provide 4g services. They don't have indoor coverage and Vowifi.

    @ViCustomerCare wat a joke ! U call me up, & tells me that my a/c balance expired & guess wat...u don't even hv the correct phone no. This is your service ? Jio is better, learn from Indian company. I will shift frm Vi to Jio...Too much !

    @ViCustomerCare This is just like, All India Engineering is not coming out, go to IIT, Those who have low towers for 4G, how do they even think of providing 5G service? Think about broadband 5G and limited to some A+ cities. Save your customer after price hike that's the big deal.
