It's disgusting that @VodafoneIN customer representative gives false Information. And for that reason I lost my current pack. If she doesn't know the curect information, then she can told me. But she gives me wrong information intentionally .and It's my last recharge on Vodafone.

Vodafone network has deactivated my number without any prior information and now they are saying that I can't get that number again. I have visited Vodafone store 3-4 times and still they aren't doing anything in order to solve my issue @VodafoneIN @TRAI @VivekBadrinath

@ViCustomerCare Don't force/lie your customer and push them to Postpaid. We are not that dump. I had an Idea sim and done Aadhar linking/verification but from yesterday my sim was not working raised SR in app none reached so went to vi store today. (1/5)
