It's disgusting that @VodafoneIN customer representative gives false Information. And for that reason I lost my current pack. If she doesn't know the curect information, then she can told me. But she gives me wrong information intentionally .and It's my last recharge on Vodafone.

Vodafone network has deactivated my number without any prior information and now they are saying that I can't get that number again. I have visited Vodafone store 3-4 times and still they aren't doing anything in order to solve my issue @VodafoneIN @TRAI @VivekBadrinath

@ViCustomerCare Hi, I have tried this multiple times and the issue still persists. I even tried changing the headset. For some time it shows 4G and later the network again starts fluctuating. I'm not the only person facing this issue, we have multiple people facing similar issue.

@ViCustomerCare : whts happening in Pune. The network is not working properly. I am facing issue of incomming calls and messages. Caller is getting recorded message of phone/sim switch off (if I have my phone and sim on). Able to send messages, do calls, internet is also working
