It's disgusting that @VodafoneIN customer representative gives false Information. And for that reason I lost my current pack. If she doesn't know the curect information, then she can told me. But she gives me wrong information intentionally .and It's my last recharge on Vodafone.

Vodafone network has deactivated my number without any prior information and now they are saying that I can't get that number again. I have visited Vodafone store 3-4 times and still they aren't doing anything in order to solve my issue @VodafoneIN @TRAI @VivekBadrinath

@ViZzFans @ViCustomerCare I have recharged for INR399 on 29th Aug 21 and for trial again on 09th Sep for INR10 both from VI app but its not showing in recharge history. Moreover the Sim is not registering on network.

@ViCustomerCare How can you block access to certain IPs, domain names especially just bcoz i use them the most. Even after raising complaint, u say it will take 4-5 days just 2 unblock something. What's the use of my unlimited plan, if u start blocking based on my usage. Pathetic

@ViCustomerCare Third class customer service also. Ask why. I am porting out and ur guys calls me and tell not to port and have a special offers. When I say no they respond like idiots and slap the call on face. Really ur service sucks in all departments.
