It's disgusting that @VodafoneIN customer representative gives false Information. And for that reason I lost my current pack. If she doesn't know the curect information, then she can told me. But she gives me wrong information intentionally .and It's my last recharge on Vodafone.

@VodafoneIN No reply from @VodafoneIN . Still no internet and volte service on my sim. Now I've to port immediately as without internet it's useless.

Vodafone network has deactivated my number without any prior information and now they are saying that I can't get that number again. I have visited Vodafone store 3-4 times and still they aren't doing anything in order to solve my issue @VodafoneIN @TRAI @VivekBadrinath

@ViCustomerCare it is commendable how VI customer care has made me suffer since the 5th of May 2022 and are continuing to do so, I lost my sim and want a new one. The gallery does not want to help, customercare, corporatecare & all India VI appellates do not reply:: PLEASE HELP!!

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIndia I am in touch with your technical team since last 48 hrs to get my int'l roaming started. Last I heard from them, they still require till May 13th evening more to resolve my problem - while I write this post on May 12th evening. Pls try better 😔

@ViCustomerCare sim card ordered yesterday and same day delivery was promised and expected. Payment was done at that time and So far no one really reached out to me and it’s keep on getting rescheduled. #BadService customer care executive is not attending call at all
