    @ViCustomerCare my father recently ported his number from Jio to Vi network and the VoLTE service isn't activated on his number. Tried calling the 198 and 199 to raise request but no option to speak to Cstmr care🙄 look into it ASAP

    Vodafone network has deactivated my number without any prior information and now they are saying that I can't get that number again. I have visited Vodafone store 3-4 times and still they aren't doing anything in order to solve my issue @VodafoneIN @TRAI @VivekBadrinath

    It's disgusting that @VodafoneIN customer representative gives false Information. And for that reason I lost my current pack. If she doesn't know the curect information, then she can told me. But she gives me wrong information intentionally .and It's my last recharge on Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare heavy network issue in my place for last 4 days. No 4g signal available. Mostly it's H+ or E. Calls not coming or going because Volte not working. And the network is not available so many times throughout the day. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare once upon a time Vodafone is a very trusted network provider company but new they can't even get a service. i am getting network and call problem but they even can't take a complete. and they charge some unwanted offers that they forcefully provide me

    @ViCustomerCare My concern does not need a personalized solution. It needs a generic solution from your end. You need to make changes to your recharge policies so that all VI consumers like myself get benefitted.

    The @ViCustomerCare network in my area is so bad. Even though I have an active plan, callers are frequently told that my number is 'out of reach' or 'switched off.', even BSNL has improved its service here, yet Vi remains unreliable. Please look into this connectivity issue.
