Vodafone network has deactivated my number without any prior information and now they are saying that I can't get that number again. I have visited Vodafone store 3-4 times and still they aren't doing anything in order to solve my issue @VodafoneIN @TRAI @VivekBadrinath

It's disgusting that @VodafoneIN customer representative gives false Information. And for that reason I lost my current pack. If she doesn't know the curect information, then she can told me. But she gives me wrong information intentionally .and It's my last recharge on Vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare I am just fed up of Vi services They just listen to your query but fail to resolve. Moreover no customer care number where a person can talk. We need to type them and wait for the issue to be resolved which is never resolved
