    @VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @ViCustomerCare A new story I came to know from VI team. They raise complaint for you and cancel it without resolving the customer problem and that too customer remains unaware about cancellation of complaint. This is VI so called fastest 4G on paper.Negative customer support.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi sanjukta i opted to port out of vi due to its bad services and now i am getting calls to cancel my portability and i am getting threat calls. One of the girl claiming to be vi customer care agent gave me threat of life!! Please help @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I have converted my physical sim to esim last sunday from vashi’s store and from today afternoon there is no network in my vodafone’s esim. Please take this as a priority as I am facing n number of issues with vodafone postpaid
