@VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

@JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

@ViCustomerCare Unable to use Vi VoLTE on my number even after the settings are turned on, I'm using Galaxy S20 FE which supports Vi VoLTE and it's unavailable on my number! Did multiple restarts but unable to use. Kindly active my VoLTE Service on my Vi Number.Kindly takeaction

@ViCustomerCare my dad had a life altering surgery last year & is bedridden.84days recharge on 20july but sim stopped working last week. Customer care says nothing can be done, No process for Medical patients & want him to come to the store to exchange it. He can't! (1/2)
