    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

    @ViCustomerCare A new story I came to know from VI team. They raise complaint for you and cancel it without resolving the customer problem and that too customer remains unaware about cancellation of complaint. This is VI so called fastest 4G on paper.Negative customer support.

    @ViCustomerCare received 20 calls frm +911217109000 after MNP....majority disconnected midway...no resolution of issue yet... melodramatic script...aap hamara pariwar se jaa rahe hain..hamein bahut dukh hai....resolve the prblm or don't call

    @ViCustomerCare I am using Vodafone and it gives worst service. In march they automatically started 2 VAS without my request and again started 1 VAS in JUN without any request. When complained they blamed me for Activation of VAS and refused to provide refund. @TRAI

    Worst network and service of @ViCustomerCare. Since the time i ported my number to @ViCustomerCare , no network is there in my home. Have filed multiple complaints. They say my home is deep inside and network is not there. If @airtelindia network can reach inside why not urs?
