    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

    @ViCustomerCare its been more than a week i reg my complaint and have'nt got any solution yet , i was in a hope that being such a big organization i will get a fair resolution but nevermind just want to suggest people not to go with vi as they are fraud .

    @ViCustomerCare Guys at this point I would literally pay to not have to deal with you again. I use my interest once a month on a bad day when the wifi is down and this **** disconnects a whatsapp call 4 times in a minute. No it's not my phone, your service sucks, just admit it.

    @ViCustomerCare Unable to activate imessage & FaceTime on iphone13. Trying for the past 7 days but unsuccessful. Contacted @AppleSupport & they confirmed issue with the carrier i.e. VI. When I insert @reliancejio sim it get activated immediately. Fix it or port to Jio. Yr choice.

    @ViCustomerCare Concern is very simple. Service is worst. Lots of network issue. Many time faced issue of call drop. Internet also working slow or not working many times

    @AmreliaRuhez @ViCustomerCare Ruhez Bhai ,5g par interesting video banane se kya fayda. My network always Shows the data network speed E ,H or H+... Its my biggest fault that i have chosen the service of this company.. I have never experienced the 4G speed ...😒
