    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

    @ViCustomerCare A new story I came to know from VI team. They raise complaint for you and cancel it without resolving the customer problem and that too customer remains unaware about cancellation of complaint. This is VI so called fastest 4G on paper.Negative customer support.

    @ViCustomerCare I have complained about not availability of 4g volte network at my location several times through vi app help and support, they only try to mislead. Now u r forcing me to switch to another service provider. My location pin 805131

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, the phone was active and is active. Maybe you should check your network as others too have been complaining about being unable to reach me. A lot of them are on Airtel though.

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to download receipt for Feb & March from VI app. It just shows downloading but doesn't get downloaded. I have 50mbps internet speed. I called customer care but they refused to take the complaint and couldn't send the receipt via email. Disappointing !

    @ViCustomerCare Worst Experience as of now since i have Postpaid & Prepaid mobile no's. its being 8 years i didn't switch my operator but when i am facing NO SERVICE on my postpaid no for what i have visited 4 times to Vi Store and they charged me 100 changed the sim but still

    @ViCustomerCare Sir what type of service is this... Its more then72hrs now & my problem isn't resolve yet.. Tomorrow i'm going to Port out my sim.. & Also almost 9or Maybe 10 Vodafone sim in my family..so i'm going Port them out all..😒😒

    @ViCustomerCare I can guess the update, your engineer will tell that the site is fully optimised and no further improvement possible. This is what i am listening from past 6 months. @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare need to focus on network coverage and not on offer. Improve your service.

    @ViCustomerCare Weak 4g network indoor coverage. Guys don't purchase Vi. They will just register complain and nothing will happen. I am facing this issue from past 6 months.

    @ViCustomerCare I hope someone helps me here . Vi stops services “No Service”, as soon as I travel USA on roaming,no dues !!! Rchd Support that works only from 6 Am IST sends an email response to change to new sim!I did tat jst 30 days b4 I flew out from India.#vodafoneidea
