    @VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team. From last 5 day’s i am facing network issue and issue is whenever there is power cut in my area the VI network goes off and shows no service when power comes back the network also comes back me and my other family members facing the same problem please do needful

    @ViCustomerCare what will it take your customer to reach you? Do they have to come to twitter and shout in public to reach you? your customer care associative keeps putting on hold. You do not reply to the complain made via mails and harassing.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is the worst customer care service as per my experience its been 1 month i am suffering from my mobile data problem and i have also raised complaint through mail, the response of is was that they will resolve it by 4th of Aug 22. But still no improvement.

    I'm using vi postpaid premium plan but still facing indoor network coverage issues. I had Complaint 100 times but nothing improved. I'm facing constantly network issues from last 6 months and my registered address. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I knw you will have to help me ,but what on first misbehave by your contact centre Agent unnecessary shouting & rude on the call , apologies missing,rude tone,even not informed about the call transfer,.what n worst impression she did .

    @ViCustomerCare I am not going Elaborate the concern many times go back n ask the 3 concern with your Contact centre team,1) Misbehaving by your agent 2) Voice issue 3) Network issue ,and now after logging all these complaint 4) No signal& No services.what the hell is this

    @ViCustomerCare first of all please remove your cover image from twitter that u r fastest network. See @Speedtest show your reality. I pay for 4G Fast network and u deliver worst. Even @BSNLCorporate 3G network is faster then you. I facing network issue every 15-20 days.
