@JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

@ViCustomerCare A new story I came to know from VI team. They raise complaint for you and cancel it without resolving the customer problem and that too customer remains unaware about cancellation of complaint. This is VI so called fastest 4G on paper.Negative customer support.

@VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

@ViCustomerCare I recharged for rs 399 plan around 1am today through online and the amount was also got debited, but plan didn't got activated. Waited until morning. Called customer service but no vail. Trusted this service but turns out to be worst one.

@ViCustomerCare Feel shame not to provide resolution intime and deleting the Msg of complaint num & date, pathetic care exp person named sai without providing any reason disconnected the call. If you are unable to resolve the issues close services. That’s it!

@ViCustomerCare M still not able to make calls. If its not resolved by tomorrow, i'll definitely have to discontinue with your service. There are whole lot of service provider whom i can choose.
