    @ViCustomerCare A new story I came to know from VI team. They raise complaint for you and cancel it without resolving the customer problem and that too customer remains unaware about cancellation of complaint. This is VI so called fastest 4G on paper.Negative customer support.

    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare Our MD using your services for so many years but now he is unhappy with it, mainly international roaming services where after opting service is not availed to him, he reported to CC but no solution, great 👍 he has option to Port, isn't it?

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone #vodafone why is my issue, not being escalated? I need the contact of Nodal and appellate immediately. 3 days from now, your team will say issue is resolved. Which will not be the truth. I can't make calls after paying 425 per month.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare No improvement in my network since 1 month and my plan is wasting without any use. I'm unable to get single call on my phone. Everyday 2 gb data is wasted. If you can't provide service then refund my money. #refundMyMoney #provideService

    @ViCustomerCare I am a 15 years old customer of vi and corporate plan with axis bank but last to last month without my conformation plan has changed when Bill has come then I was surprised why my bills amt changed 352 to rs 472 then I called to c care got your plan has has who liable for ?

    @ViCustomerCare surprised with your services called couple of times to your customer support every one is telling new reasons for service suspension…. If you can’t serve your customers…. I too not interested to continue all my numbers with you. @VodafoneGroup
