    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @ViCustomerCare A new story I came to know from VI team. They raise complaint for you and cancel it without resolving the customer problem and that too customer remains unaware about cancellation of complaint. This is VI so called fastest 4G on paper.Negative customer support.

    @VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

    @ViCustomerCare Have recharged with International Roaming Pack with 3496 INR for 7days, but not getting any network currently in Egypt. Have tried to search network manually, but none of them are getting through. Mobile Number has been DMed. Please do the Needful on priority.

    @ViCustomerCare even after repeated comlaints the problems i m facing from last 15 days is still unresolved. it seems the company is no more interested to provide quality services to consumers. so i hav no other options than porting my number to other service providers

    @ViCustomerCare I switched to postpaid service 1 month back and yesterday without any prior intimation my connection was cancelled denying access to me. There is no network from yesterday and this people do not bother to redress it even after repeated complaint.Pathetic service.

    I work from home on my laptop and use the hotspot of my phone to connect to the internet. I use vodafone idea company internet and never had the worst company ever used.@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare @TRAI not able to open a website if i use vodafone idea internet.

    @ViCustomerCare all Intl roaming and stuff is on, it is horrible to get service from VI. I am stunned that the service has dropped to this levels.

    @DoT_India @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Hello Jio, Vi . Your services are down in my area for more than 24 hours. Ground floors are worst.Kindly help. Vi customer service is "updating " system, so unable to accept my request. Jio took my request but to avail. #jiocaredoesnotcare

    @ViCustomerCare HOW IS POSSIBLE THAT VI KEPT 2 DIFFERENT RECHARGES WITH SAME AMOUNT. IN RUPEES 299 CUSTOMER WILL GET 1.5GB/DAY AND IN ANOTHER RS 299 CUSTOMER CAN GET 2GB/DAY. I RECHARGED FOR 2GB/DAY BUT I GOT 1.5GB/DAY. WHY THIS KIND OF CHETING WITH CUSTOMERS?
