    @ViCustomerCare A new story I came to know from VI team. They raise complaint for you and cancel it without resolving the customer problem and that too customer remains unaware about cancellation of complaint. This is VI so called fastest 4G on paper.Negative customer support.

    @VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @ViCustomerCare when you see the main balance in an account, you just automatically activate a service and deduct the amount. Try to give quality service, people will pay for it. Don't snap money with fancy service names which you wouldn't even use.

    I'm facing a issue from Vodafone Idea , that I had already deactivated my flash SMS on WhatsApp and send a text message also and also had a word with one of the executive regarding the same. But they're not able to solve the query. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I raised 3 complaints and provided all required details. Now when I am checking progress on last complaints instead of providing all details, i don't know why again and again you are asking the same details which is already provided in the last complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Sushant, I have not received any calls or resolution as of now. Request you to please help me with my concern ASAP, as my phone is still disconnected, and I have constantly been hassled for the past 2 months, which has gotten out of hand now.
