    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to avoid going to the store due to the pandemic. That's why asking you to help me out with the info about home delivery of the Mifi dongle. Have been requesting this info several times but Vi customer care is not giving any clear answer, but only vague info

    @ViCustomerCare - We live in Juhu Sangeeta at Main Juhu Tara Road. A gated community of 1,000 people and Vodafone network doesn't work here at all !!

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN is there any special holiday declared for the employees. 15 hrs with service disconnection for me. 8 reminders on mails since yesterday + several follow-ups since 8th Feb-21. But no one is responding.

    @ViCustomerCare @Idea Can you please escalate this?? I am seeing this again and again!!! While my mobile is idle right now I see I am deducted for the caller tunes without any acceptance or approval from my end. Please escalate this immediately!!! Need a resolution to fix it!!!

    I am being attached with #hutch/#Vodafoneindia since 12 years, but now unwillingly 😫I am moving to another network. Its become very difficult to catch 🏗signals of @VodafoneIdeaIN and response @ViCustomerCare. I regret.. Hope comeback.🌝

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare It is a big mistake to rely on Vi network as your primary network provider especially if you need full time access for your work! Do better @ViCustomerCare
