    @ViCustomerCare A new story I came to know from VI team. They raise complaint for you and cancel it without resolving the customer problem and that too customer remains unaware about cancellation of complaint. This is VI so called fastest 4G on paper.Negative customer support.

    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

    What the hell is going on? 😡 @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I am so much tired of receiving unwanted/spam calls from VI. If this happens like this I will throw my Vodafone SIM card. Don't bother me like this, otherwise i will lodge a complaint against VI.

    Today I recharged my mobile with Rs.359 pack at 8.53am. Since then unable to use internet on mob. When I called cust care, they told me it will take 4days to work on it. I do my office work using this data pack. 4 days of my recharge will be wasted. @ViCustomerCare please help!

    @ViCustomerCare Since yesterday my mobile do not have network coverage. I am not able to call anyone and important messages like OTP are also not coming to my mobile. Please resolve it. People will port out from VI if these type of issue persists. I am also planning same.

    I was a postpaid customer of @vodafone . When I switched to prepaid connection one month back customer care person told me I will face issues. So @ViCustomerCare is harassing me now. My money is wasted and work is hampered.

    @ViCustomerCare Consumer will port out from Vi to other network operator. Because of Network Issue All Over India. I belong to a Subdivision City But There is Zero Network Coverage While Jio, Airtel, BSNL Provide Good Quality Network Services.
