  @ViCustomerCare A new story I came to know from VI team. They raise complaint for you and cancel it without resolving the customer problem and that too customer remains unaware about cancellation of complaint. This is VI so called fastest 4G on paper.Negative customer support.

  @ViCustomerCare I have active validity recharge on my phone with main balance and even then you have stopped the SMS service. You are offering outgoing SMS service with only high value recharge now. But why can't I send when I have main balance plus validity recharge?

  @ViCustomerCare Why ******** does vodafone not work properly ?????? High ping, low speeds and packet loss have become common throughout the entire ******* day. Is this a 4g or a 2g network you ********??? I had tweeted earlier but no improvement in services. Gonna port soon
