    @ViCustomerCare A new story I came to know from VI team. They raise complaint for you and cancel it without resolving the customer problem and that too customer remains unaware about cancellation of complaint. This is VI so called fastest 4G on paper.Negative customer support.

    @VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @ViCustomerCare If any user raise network issue complient, your customer support people calling and telling we will not reslove the issue and saying don't comment on social media. Is this the way how you deal with complients ?

    @ViCustomerCare worst service provider. Since 3 days no 4G service down in Shillong. CC guys not willing to take complain. I m told it's a network issue and would take week to resolve. Extend validity of data pack for no network period.

    @ViCustomerCare Registered number shared over DM. Just credit the coupon ,if you will cheat me this way. I will quit using your service. I don't want to part ways with you for all these **** reason. Hope action will be taken soon and coupon will be credited asap.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I contacted the #VodafoneIdea customer care & was told that the robbed sum cannot be refunded because I contacted them 24 hrs late .. keep the money, Just don't do it anymore #Vi #Vodafone
