  @VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

  @ViCustomerCare A new story I came to know from VI team. They raise complaint for you and cancel it without resolving the customer problem and that too customer remains unaware about cancellation of complaint. This is VI so called fastest 4G on paper.Negative customer support.

  @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

  @LMKMovieManiac @ViCustomerCare That is correct. I wrote to their CEO, higher leadership and everyone, they never did anything. Their Customer servive and customer handling is worse than their mobile services.

  @ViCustomerCare Whenever I called the customer care center they dropped the call without intimation and reason citing poor networks all the time and extra bunch of excuses. Request to innocent customers to take a note if you are looking for portability.

  @ViCustomerCare very pathetic service, my request is getting cancelled again and again for sim upgrade from 3G to 4G. No one is giving correct information and I'm following same instructions provided by customer care still my request is getting fail.
