@ViCustomerCare A new story I came to know from VI team. They raise complaint for you and cancel it without resolving the customer problem and that too customer remains unaware about cancellation of complaint. This is VI so called fastest 4G on paper.Negative customer support.

@JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

@VodafoneIN ive ported recently my sim to Voda. Im getting full 4Gnetwork signals. But internet is too poor event to run whatsap. Also calling is worst. Ive complained twice but no sorting has been done from your end. I regret why did I port to Voda. Disgusted

@VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

Horrible, horrible experience having Vodafone as my service provider. Doesn’t act on complaints and randomly activated services I have not asked for - and deducts it from my balance! Definitely porting to another service once I’m done with my travel. @ViCustomerCare horrible.

@ViCustomerCare is there any way I can skip the covid messages whenever I call someone? The covid messages are repetitive and serve no purpose and also it delays the call in case of something urgent or an emergency.
