  @VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

  @ViCustomerCare A new story I came to know from VI team. They raise complaint for you and cancel it without resolving the customer problem and that too customer remains unaware about cancellation of complaint. This is VI so called fastest 4G on paper.Negative customer support.

  @VodafoneIN ive ported recently my sim to Voda. Im getting full 4Gnetwork signals. But internet is too poor event to run whatsap. Also calling is worst. Ive complained twice but no sorting has been done from your end. I regret why did I port to Voda. Disgusted

  @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

  @ViCustomerCare your software is so stupid it makes it mandatory to verify your photo with the ID photo. Lot of IDs are 10-15 year old! Face changes ! There is no way around it to reissue sim without software deciding if I am who I am!!

  Hi, I have a Vodafone number for past 17 years . Recently, I lost my phone, so I had Vodafone blocked it. Now, to restart the number I have gone multiple times to vodafone store and they say : your photo is mis-matched. 18 days past no resolution. @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia
