Please fix the ntwk and app issues urgently, otherwise customers will be switch to other providers.

It been more than 12 days the refund has not been done. Worst part there is no way to raise a issue as the transaction was done on 27th feb - 1972.94 rupees

R (@RealRaghv) reported@ViCustomerCare What to check in DM? You said same thing in DM too that you are not able to resolve the issue. Which silently means you failed to deliver services in area where once you were "only" player. Jio works fair, Airtel works good but Vi works very poor.
