    @VodafoneIN Hi Vodafone in recent days we are facing network problem at Palghar (Nalla Sopara), where we had already complained of this but no luck at all. here i would request you to look into this and resolve this problem immediately .

    @VodafoneIdeaIN @vodafonecom @ViCustomerCare Is there any update on this? why it is taking time. I have submitted document and adhaar card in fort vodafone mumbai store and collected pre paid sim. why it is not activated after 72 hours.? Why vodafone is service is bad?

    I think Vodafone idea is out of service temporarily here in Tirupattur District. I couldn't connect to anyone who is using VI sim cards. What about in your locations guys? @ViCustomerCare @TamilTechOffici @Siva_Bharani

    @ViCustomerCare hey vi, I need to activate my prepaid sim which I switched from postpaid. I do not have any other vi number. Tried calling 59059 but it says no network.

    @ViCustomerCare Now my phone number is barred for unpaid bill. Is it a way to force the customer to pay the bill? I am not paying the bill for the calls I haven’t made.
