    @VodafoneIN hi, you guys have done awesome work. Now my area is facing calling problem from Vodafone .I have confirmed this atleast in my society. Facing so my call connect issues also so many call drops. I hope you understand it is a punishable offense of poor call quality.

    @ViCustomerCare Experiencing the worst after sales service. Got a SIM more than 2 months back & it got activated & deactivated 2 times. Have visited store 2 times & made so many calls to customer care. Very bad experience

    @ViCustomerCare Your service standards have gone from bad to worse. Your customer care is of no use and they refuse to transfer the call to their supervisor. I’m being charged needlessly for a Sonyliv pack which was under a offer with a data pack. Please cancel the same
