    @VodafoneIN in the area I live there is no vodaphone tower during the day time there is no service in network bar made lot of complaints from last one year and no resolution given planning to change my service provider asap or cancel my connection

    @VodafoneIN very sorry to say.. I felt worst experience from that day i convert my prepaid no to postpaid. Net speed is worst. I took 499 plan but you people are just cheated me from 1 st of may. Now i decided to switch to other tele company. Worst worst

    .@VodafoneIN I receive 4 calls daily from your call centre selling some service and I don’t want any of it. My number is on DND yet my number has made it on your wanted customers list , pls remove me from your database and stop spamming with calls and texts. #notyourcustomer

    The update is no call received from @VodafoneIN of an escalated case, in the entire day. When in the morning I was informed that I will get a call in 2 hrs. Cool ! Guys, who r really happy with their customer service & unnecessary billing- give them a thumbs up ! 😁

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup really shameful, what crap international roaming plans you have, for 6000 plan,only 5GB free, rest with slow speed in Croatia for 28 days .in digital times, u hav become miser.last year I had unlimited plan for 28 days for 5000. @jagograhakjago #india

    @ViCustomerCare I upgraded my SIM with MNG-V00626969709 at 10:53 AM, no network yet on new sim. Network went off all of a sudden on old idea sim, without any notice. was forced to pay 50 rs for upgrade, that too with no bill.

    @ViCustomerCare Tried to reach out through vi app which is mall functioning. It has been long that many are facing this problem. My internet issue was resolved after many complains and now not registered on network issue since yesterday. Will vi become operational at pin 785621.

    @ViCustomerCare In absence of no call back, happened to call 198. Reason given for changing plan to higher value without my consent is additional benefits.Guys, I don't want them as of now. So, pls reinstate my original plans or else I shall port. Choosing plans is prerogative of customer only.
