How can you close complaint without resolution and without confirmation from client.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst experience of Idea in last 10 years. Logged a complaint regarding internet slowness issue but their lier employee put false resolution on my complaint 4-115425139594. I think they like such lier employees, who are making fool to their customers. Porting now.
