    @vodafonein1 @VodafoneUK @VodafoneIN @TRAI Vodafone networks and internet getting worse day by day. Complaint earlier also but was told to wait till 15 March. No improvement at all. “A tower every hour” are fake words.

    @VodafoneIN I posted here about bad data speed of Vodafone last many times. Social team call and they commit the minimum speed of 3g or 4g would be 1 mb. After 1 our of their call the data speed limit comes on that ******* speed again at max 60 kb/s. Commitment failed by Vodafone

    @Idea @VodafoneIN @DoT_India after raising multiple complaint on all platform my issue has not be addressed. Now i am getting calls that my incoming bill also be suspended today if bill payments are not paid. OKAY i will pay your bill and move to @JioCare

    As per @TRAI rules, Spam calls from the service provider for any kind of quiz contests or fun is not allowed after 8 PM. @VodafoneIN is violating this rule from past few months as I get such calls from the company very often after 8PM. Please look into this matter.

    @ViCustomerCare my mother who is a sr. citizen was recently forced 2 migrate frm prepaid to postpaid connection by ur Vi Store team. Her connection now is suspended due 2 some verification issues inspite of submitting Aadhar. Sr citizen struggling with no access to calls.

    @ViCustomerCare Bizzare service wanted to migrate from post to pre. Customer care informed that goto store. In store they informed you have to sent a msg POST2PRE to 199. And wait for a call 1 hr and then after calll wait one more hour. Why this can be informed from customer care

    @ViCustomerCare I have been trying to activate an IR roaming pack since 4 days. Went to the VI gallery at Currey Road. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They didn’t do my work till the end. About to board and my pack is still not activated
