    @ViCustomerCare Prepaid line 9837732320 just ported n activated to Delhi circle but not able to use Volte n Voip service yet.... Only 4g data working. All settings in phone checked, looks good but vi has issues... Kindly check

    @ViCustomerCare Really, Vodafone Executive have too much arrogancy & callous attitude when I approached for porting existing jio at vi store Rohini Sec-3, M2K & Rohini Sec-10. m2k vi store is refused to accept my request because it was prepaid porting & sec 10 vi store so rude.

    @ViCustomerCare From 2day I'm shutting down all my Vi numbers.When Vi employees instead of cooperating are themselves engaged in dishonesty and for them consumer doesn't matter,then the consumer will go to the shelter of an honest network like Jio.I'm very disappointed with Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Vi postpaid is a total scam. They have not refunded me the amount that was charged unnecessarily during inactive period,till now. Customer, please think twice before you port to Vi postpaid or opt new Vi connection.

    @ViCustomerCare I've ported out from your network but you've generated another postpaid bill for me adding additional charges! I'm not able to contact your support since it's asking for Vi number. Your prepaid customer service denied to help when I called from a prepaid number.

    @ViCustomerCare If i don't get proper indoor network and speed i will PORT OUT all my vi numbers and my family numbers. I have complained MULTIPLE TIMES but the problem persists. Sometimes the internet works sometimes its too slow sometimes it doesn't work.

    @ViCustomerCare Just now your fellow called and said you ported in December 21 but you made calls from one number on 5 Jan and 13 jan 🤔 how can I make calls from @VodaIdea_NEWS network in jan22 if I am ported out to @airtelindia in December 22 and that to bill amount for 9 days will be 900 😳
