    What's this latest piece of crap you are providing to your subscribers @VodafoneIN. Every time I am making a call, I am forced to listen to a pre-recorded voice saying my bill date is xyz. By the way, the payment due date is 10 days away.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea I just got a call from your customer care that my 499 plan is automatically getting changed to 999 with some bullshit added benefits. With whose permission is he changing my plan. If any of this happens I will report it and port to #Jio or #Airtel

    @VodafoneIN Hi Team, When will I get the resolution. I can not keeping switching my phone network from 4G to 3G just to make a phone call. This is a workaround but what about the permanent resolution.

    VI data speed was really good day 1 I bought it. Now I cannot even load my online classes. It’s that worst now. Even raised a ticket on the app and it said resolved. @ViCustomerCare i literally go from floor to floor for a good data speed. Thinking to port back to @airtelindia

    I am unable to make call and use internet on VI Network from 4-5 days. This problem is not for me but for everybody in my area @ViCustomerCare fix this ASAP otherwise i will port mine and all my family VI sim in another opertor.
