    Pathetic network service in 4G @VodafoneIN and pathetic customer service ever and i know after this tweet vodafone agent will call me and asking few questions as always and than disconnect the call and no resolution will provide by them. Waiting for the call.

    @VodafoneIN First Corporate care said, change company name, later refused to provide my corporate plan. Then customer care offered individual plan, later said "can not offer individual plan to corporate customer". Very bad experience

    @ViCustomerCare After merger of Idea Cellular with Vodafone, VI customer care executives are negligent, careless and indifferent, are reluctant to reply emails. Reply is mechanical and it does not address the issue raised. On 27th Aug. I wrote for security refund but no reply.

    @ViCustomerCare Why we are not able to send SMS even after balance is there. There must be enabled all services when balance and validity are there. Don't do such cheap things to loot customer. You will loose your remaining customers too.
