    @DoT_India the is @ViCustomerCare mobile connectivity issue in my area. They keep blaming the customer and their handset when in reality there was no coverage for the entire area (confirmed on the ground). Of late their coverage is spotty at best and speed is less than 2G.

    @ViCustomerCare what concern are you guys talking about ........I am an ex Jio employee a telecom engineer and IT guy for 16 years I can sort my issues - I disconnected d my connection and made my entire family move to airtel and will make sure who ever I can make them quit Vodafone !

    @ViCustomerCare I have already told you my concern. In my home I am always getting an Edge connection (E) and never 4G for which I am paying a lot to Vodafone. Why ******** you cannot reply???

    I ported my number to @vodafoneIN_Fdtn to be better than my previous network but it turned out to be worst. Today it's been nearly15 days but i have been not provided proper internet service and @ViCustomerCare is just telling madam your issue will be resolved in 5 days.

    @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio @airtelindia totally froud service provided by VI. many times deducted my balance without any call or messages. I've called to customer care executive . They told me to complaint consumer care.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone It's really worst experience and response from vi care. As they never provide accurate solution for any issue instead argue for some bullshit reason. It was clear conversation with customer service to change plan for my number. @VodafoneUK
