    @ViCustomerCare Worst Service ever. Poor service. All the telecom companies are same they charge as much as they want but when it comes to provide good service they are unable. Last 3 days I'm unable to use YouTube Even Whatsapp also. Then think how it's service. Using VI 🤬🤬

    @ViCustomerCare Hello today i had talked with Ms. Pratibha for transferring phone call to senior but NO SENIOR was available to attend the phone call & Pratibha refuse to transfer so VI is running on BHAGWAN KE BHAROSE no senior is interested for customer help

    @ViCustomerCare Issue 2:I have subscribe for caller tune but instead of playing direct tune it first plays VI offers to"Subscribe caller tune"Followed by song However other providers plays direct tune while callingI have paid for the service not for your caller tune advertisement
