@VodafoneIN I don't know why you people are not providing good services, just changing the name isn't a sign of success, you people are lagging behind, even jio and airtel is providing good 4G network, here vodafone not have 4G otherwise I will port either to jio or airtel.

@VodaIdea_NEWS please share data of no complaints received about SMS facility not working. How many of them are resolved and average no of days/months required to close. Resolution means SMS facility restored and not the resolution based on your internal commn.@ViCustomerCare

Ridiculous rules of @ViCustomerCare for DND customers. So basically, if I get a spam call (Truecaller has already identified it as spam), I am supposed to entertain them for sometime, to give #vodafoneidea people one minute content to file a complaint. I get close to 5-6….
