    @VodafoneIN Very worst coverage here in my town, no network all the time, rarely network comes continuously registering complaint but no response from the operator.

    @VodafoneIN I don't know why you people are not providing good services, just changing the name isn't a sign of success, you people are lagging behind, even jio and airtel is providing good 4G network, here vodafone not have 4G otherwise I will port either to jio or airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare @Shantanuloharr Very bad and poor quality customer support they didn't know how to talk to a customer they were very rude to me I want to tell every vi customer please leave the vi .. network now they are fraud.they are always not able to resolve customer support

    @ViCustomerCare Why are the recharge plans of 28 days? Why do we need to recharge 13 times in a year of 12 months? I use JioFiber Wifi. Even they provide the service for 30 days.

    @ViCustomerCare Poor network in my area. Main road signal is fine, but inside my street (gali indoor) signal is very weak or no signal. Calls and SMS not working Facing same issue on multiple Vi numbers, so unable to recharge Please fix urgently

    @ViCustomerCare poor services being g provided. Not sending the network settings. Failed to compare with other network providers. Browsing can not be done facing inconvenience while opening ans site. Let the VI think and make the network speed better in future

    @ViCustomerCare My son purchased a postpaid sim on 30th March. But outgoing is still not started. Upon calling on Customer care they are saying that sim is purchased by a student. What is this ******* bullshit? Can you tell why shouldn't I file a case of fraud against you?
