    @VodafoneIN Very worst coverage here in my town, no network all the time, rarely network comes continuously registering complaint but no response from the operator.

    @VodafoneIN I don't know why you people are not providing good services, just changing the name isn't a sign of success, you people are lagging behind, even jio and airtel is providing good 4G network, here vodafone not have 4G otherwise I will port either to jio or airtel.

    I've recently ported my number from @VodafoneIN to @reliancejio. One thing I really miss about #VodafoneIdea is the quality and options of caller tunes. No service provider have matched that yet. Not even @airtelindia.

    @ViCustomerCare provide worst network service in my area. I have registered 5 times complaint regarding network coverage issue. But authority should not take any steps to improve network. Every time authority call me for asking what is my issue? Reality is ZERO.

    @ViCustomerCare 3 days have gone. Any particular reason? I just switched off my phone and the network never came. Before switching, it was showing 4g.

    @ViCustomerCare You're a worst service provider as no customer satisfaction at all. You are there for doing just fake commitment with the customers and doing disconnected the call without resolution. If I'll not get the benefits by today EOD then I'll escalate this issue to appellate authority

    @ViCustomerCare absolutely rubbish service and experience. Been a customer for 20 yrs. One of my phones got lost and got a new sim same day. For some unknown reason activation is on hold. Customer rep says they dont know why. Store says we dont know. Sheer intentional harassment

    @ViCustomerCare VI customer care nos - 199 and are non functional, VI Chat is pathetic, of no use, you tell something and the replies do not match. Huge inconvenience for me. Extremly Pathetic

    @Rohitdas2152000 @ViCustomerCare they only want to charge the customer you have no attitude to provide good service or support to customer. Even after this they will charge you full and will not give you any support, even bsnl works better than VI
