    @VodafoneIN I don't know why you people are not providing good services, just changing the name isn't a sign of success, you people are lagging behind, even jio and airtel is providing good 4G network, here vodafone not have 4G otherwise I will port either to jio or airtel.

    5 yr you pay all your dues on time. The app glitch delays your payment. Then they charge you late fees. Upon complaining to customer care, the guy says as a "goodwill gesture we are ready to waive off the charges." Goodwill gesture. For your own app's issue @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I was a customer of airtel postpaid there I uses 5 lines in 999. I m happy there. But vi sales team told us we provided u same plan and better coverage. But in actual they misguided and network is like BSNL. # SCAM IN VI POSTPAID PLAN
