    @VodafoneIN I don't know why you people are not providing good services, just changing the name isn't a sign of success, you people are lagging behind, even jio and airtel is providing good 4G network, here vodafone not have 4G otherwise I will port either to jio or airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your reply. Vi has no 4g coverage in my area, hence I have no experience about your network speed. Although I do use Vi, but in 2G only. What ever I said it was only meant for your cousins, Not You. If Vi 4g is available in my area, I will try it for sure

    Hi @ViCustomerCare Please help with my network speed and connection drop issue, im tired of calling customer care everyday. I think I will have to port into any other good service provider. Im using 4gb per day plan.

    @ViCustomerCare The condition of Vodafone's 4g network is very bad here(jadurberia, uluberia, howrah, WB). Here the network occasionally becomes 2G and the speed is very low.

    @ViCustomerCare I moved from Full DND to partial DND to start getting bank/credit card OTPs. Not sure why this has happened. After a few days I will switch back to full DND and see if the problem arises once more
