Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.

Anshuman Mahanty (@mahanty_a) reported@ViCustomerCare I don't want to get in touch. Vi is PURE FRAUD. Not giving proper service, not addressing complaints and then you have the audacity to harass me for payments for services that you have not rendered in the first place. Any more spam calls & I'll see Vi in the consumer court.
