    @VodafoneIN Very worst coverage here in my town, no network all the time, rarely network comes continuously registering complaint but no response from the operator.

    @VodafoneIN I don't know why you people are not providing good services, just changing the name isn't a sign of success, you people are lagging behind, even jio and airtel is providing good 4G network, here vodafone not have 4G otherwise I will port either to jio or airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare @nvnjaann Very very poor services...no one entertains from CC..I have 3 VI no. But now have to move other Service providers.. many time raised the complaints but action so far.they always tried close the ticket not resolve

    @ViCustomerCare Customer care executives of Vodafone Idea India are harrassing me and my wife by calling us so many times (20 calls per day for both of us) to cancel our portability request. They are literally begging. SHAME ON YOU MC VI Care !!

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, you have the worst service in India.I Transferred my sim to Vi few days back, after that u had several issues regarding the network quality. You claim that you have fastest 4g network but in reality it is far from truth.(1/n)

    @ViCustomerCare From last 2 mnths I am facing issues with mobile Internet as well as in voice calls(Interuption while speaking) at my hometown.I have raised complaint 1 mnth ago but no one addressed. Could you plz resolve otherwise I don't have option, apart from port-out.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear team, this is regarding Mobile number 9582493548 I have raised a number of complaints regarding Internet speed but it seems Vi is fastest network only on paper and that is why Vi is losing customers.
