    @VodafoneIN I don't know why you people are not providing good services, just changing the name isn't a sign of success, you people are lagging behind, even jio and airtel is providing good 4G network, here vodafone not have 4G otherwise I will port either to jio or airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare You closed the complaint and said I could call 198, which I did. Your own executive agreed these were promotional and raised a complaint again - which you closed giving the same reason. Really wonder what different action you'll be taking now 🙄

    @ViCustomerCare internet on my mobile is not working properly. The speed is fluctuating so much and mostly nothing runs even on full network range. This is so frustrating and hopeless thing happening with me from last few days. Kindly resolve this issue immediately .

    @ViCustomerCare Do you guys really take more than 8 hours to migrate prepaid to postpaid while keeping both prepaid and postpaid line down, making customer without a active phone. Really bad customer service. Never recommend VI to anyone.
