Not giving proper service, not addressing complaints and then you have the audacity to harass me for payments for services that you have not rendered in the first place. You didn't solve my network issues and now harassing me for making postpaid bill payments for services that I have not even used. I have thrown your SIM card to the place it belongs- the GUTTER!
