    @VodafoneIN Very worst coverage here in my town, no network all the time, rarely network comes continuously registering complaint but no response from the operator.

    @ViCustomerCare problem sending sms from my IDEA sim, visited nearest store a month ago. Again visited today got new sim, provide id proof the got msg you sim change request is denied plz contact nearest VI store with original id proof. Is dis a joke. Plz sort out my isue ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my airtel sim to VI but the ported VI Sim is not working in my primary smartphone LGG8X other idea sim is working there is a issue in ported VI Sim also I'm not getting any otp from gmail, amazon, google pay etc,but y sms service is on I receive other sms

    After completing my port out process this @ViCustomerCare guys are calling me that, we are calling from @Airtel_Presence and your process has been wrongly taken in prepaid. Don't u dare to call me @ViCustomerCare now. Else i will logged a police complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare facing worst mobile network at Tamkuhi raj, Kushinagar, UP,274407. Forget about internet there is not even proper network to make a phone call.

    @ViCustomerCare worst customer service. I regret my decision of porting to you. You can never grow if u can’t resolve your customers problem no matter how many mergers u do! Your stupid IVR is of no use! Get my issue fix! There is no option to get in touch with ur executive!

    @ViCustomerCare Never thought I’ll take to social media for this, but your fraudulent actions have left me with no option but to do this. Requested for MNP. Process initiated. Got an ‘assistance’ call today morning that fraudulently made me CANCEL the request. Have some shame!
