    @VodafoneIN I don't know why you people are not providing good services, just changing the name isn't a sign of success, you people are lagging behind, even jio and airtel is providing good 4G network, here vodafone not have 4G otherwise I will port either to jio or airtel.

    @VodafoneIN Very worst coverage here in my town, no network all the time, rarely network comes continuously registering complaint but no response from the operator.

    @ViCustomerCare Please first read and understand the issue properly. The issue is not about UPC. It is about rejecting port-out request falsely claiming that Authorisation letter had invalid Donor Name despite the fact that it had correct name as agreed by your customer support on phone.

    The worst service ever of VI, there are lots of calls m messages b4 doing recharge an giving offers for callertunes n etc, Bt after doing recharge all things aren't available for customers. So I request all please dont recharge for VI. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Very bad experience for SIM exchange process at VI store (pin 201011--37, devika tower, chander nagar) No contact number, impractical store timings (11-7). Made me visit multiple times for simple SIM exchange..Please help

    @ViCustomerCare @share_books Looks like they have faced huge backlash. Now outgoing sms is allowed for Rs 49, 79, 95 recharges and also service validity of 28 days brought back on Rs 48 recharge. Am i right, @ViCustomerCare?
