@VodafoneIN I don't know why you people are not providing good services, just changing the name isn't a sign of success, you people are lagging behind, even jio and airtel is providing good 4G network, here vodafone not have 4G otherwise I will port either to jio or airtel.

Guess what. I complained about my network connectivity to @airtelindia and I get a call from @ViCustomerCare to port to them. They claim that @TRAI has given this provision that when complaining about network quality, other service providers can reach out for porting.

@ViCustomerCare Horrible network provider, who basically activates callertunes without my consent and request and ask me to pay charges for that. i have requested almost more than 10+ time to deactivate callertunes , its gets deactivated and the next day again you activate

I am using VI from 5+ year. Now 3 days ago my internet suddenly stop 🛑I given Complain through the VI APK and then call to customer care they told me it will take within 3 days we are solved your issue Today they callme and told it takes time to resolve @ViCustomerCare
