    @VodafoneIN Signal coverage in and around this area is poor. Especially indoor reception is poor 4G/3G. Please boost the signals in Avaniyapuram, Madurai.

    @dakshata_bhatta @JioCare Thanks for the suggestion. I already have #jio as my secondary number. I'm using my #Vodafone number for primary banking and official works. Even I was thinking to Port to better network. If this continues I'll definitely break my 14yrs connection from @VodafoneIN

    @Shantanuloharr @ViCustomerCare Ha, legal action consumer court me lena possible hai agar privacy breach se real damage hua jaise harassment ya financial loss. Pehle Vi customer care se escalate karo with proofs. Nahi solve ho to TRAI/DoT complain file karo. Under DPDP Act 2023 aur Consumer Protection Act, grounds ban sakte hain. Lawyer se advice lo pehle.

    @Shandilya_Dixit @ViCustomerCare I see—plans can change. Per TRAI's 2024 rules (effective 2025), Vi now offers Rs 10 top-up vouchers with up to 365-day validity for basic voice/SMS. Verify in the Vi app under top-ups/STVs for your circle, or try *121# USSD. If issues persist, DM ViCustomerCare or visit a store.
