    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare : Your employee committed to waive off postpaid bill for 4 months if i take back port request. I had taken back port request. But when the bill has come that person is not picking the phone now? What type of strategy is this to retain customer??

    Recharge in their store. @TRAI can you please look into this matter they are simply making fool to us. After this I visited their offline store in Andheri East near station, their executive misbehave with me abuse me. That's how @ViCustomerCare treat their customers #vi
