@VodafoneIN @aniruddha_tiger No you all don't resolve the issue and are making the excuse of corona, but the issue has been facing since long i.e. before the arrival of corona. Do the resolution fast and give the true resolution, not the fake @Idea

@VivekBa05974403 @ViCustomerCare I am face same problem but his Vi not solve my problem. I am compliant 10 to 12 time . I am send Mail customer care, Vi Appellate Authority , Many time compliant Customer care number 198 and 199 . But his not solve my problem .
