    @VodafoneIN @aniruddha_tiger No you all don't resolve the issue and are making the excuse of corona, but the issue has been facing since long i.e. before the arrival of corona. Do the resolution fast and give the true resolution, not the fake @Idea

    @ViCustomerCare VI Team, I have recently ported my SIM from JIO to VI. However, your agent Mr. Naushad sitting in Laxminagar Delhi has not processed or credited my first recharge. Due to this issue, I am currently unable to make calls, which is causing significant inconvenience

    @ViCustomerCare @vm351262 Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.

    @JioCare I have 2 Jio SIMs in my family and both are facing serious internet issues at my home. The speed is very poor and the network is unstable. I also want to port my @ViCustomerCare number to Jio, but current service quality is stopping me resolve this urgently. 1|2

    Incoming calls are sporadic, and messaging and internet services are not working; furthermore, when I do send messages, they are frequently delayed. I have reported this issue repeatedly, yet it has still not been resolved. @ViCustomerCare

    @PMOIndia as the government has given graceperiod to @ViCustomerCare until 2030, to pay the dues They have started the drama of disabling the number, asking the customer to reverify ekyc, and forcing them to postpaid They are trying to earn in this way to pay the dues #ViScam

    @ViCustomerCare it’s completely frustrating 😀 I have not been able to use internet for the last 9 days and still no proper solution. I have complained more than 30 times and spoken to customer care 6 times, but there is no update or resolution. 1|2
