    @ViCustomerCare Already complaining for past 6 month... do some resolutions... nothing will going to be resolved if your representive call and "tell that we understand your problem & our engineers working hard to.resolve the problem" I am hearing this for past 6 month. DO SOME CONCRETE SOLUTIONS

    @ViCustomerCare and @ubersupport13 are competing for the worst customer care position in the market. I’ve spoken to VI customer care executives probably more than I speak with my mum (because of the bad network)…and yet!!! Need to change my service provider. Any suggestions?

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @MIB_India What is the Minimum recharge plan for VI to send Outgoing SMS? By 99 plan are you allowing customer to send sms? According to #TRAI rule all company have min rech plan. VI charged high with low network quality. Need monitoring. #VIpricehike

    @ViCustomerCare I got an sms in Jan 2022 sauing my Amazon prime subscription would be renewed for Rs1k. I agreed. The very nxt day, another sms announced that it was renewed for Rs1499. I immediately requested Vodafone to cancel it. T

    @ViCustomerCare Complaing for Network issue in my locality for last 6 month and Vodafoneidea is calling me for Adding One more Number in Family Plan.. First give proper service in current connection, then call for additional connection.

    @ViCustomerCare this is shame on u within house or inside office Network is ridiculous, no one able to communicate nor myself. Is this your normal network system? Or your network not so strong to link your subscribers? I am nearer to KOLKATA. Only VI problematic others are OK.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Pls be informed that if I get one more unsolicited call from Vi offering me extra sim card or a change of plan, I swear I'll shift to Airtel. Your service is terrible and I'm sticking around only because my relation with Vodafone is beyond plain commercial.

    Between January and today, I have called customer care at least 20 times. Each time I've bn told charges will be reversed but it hasn't been.Nobody has called from @ViCustomerCare but I get sms saying that I did not answer my phone. Fed up of yr cheating and lying malpractices

    @ViCustomerCare it is commendable how VI customer care has made me suffer since the 5th of May 2022 and are continuing to do so, I lost my sim and want a new one. The gallery does not want to help, customercare, corporatecare & all India VI appellates do not reply:: PLEASE HELP!!
