    @Geethabhati @ViCustomerCare Absolutely, I was told by VI regulatory customer care number, stating that we must have clicked something while browsing the net, and they need to blacklist the VAS service,I called them 3 months back about the same issue but this blacklisting was not done,why? We all know why.

    Highlight of the day, getting scammed by @ViCustomerCare into buying an overpriced plan when a plan that better suited me was available, can't even cancel and move to another plan, as the customer care agent didn't bother informing cancelation charges are double the plan itself.

    I applied for prepaid from my sim post paid on 8th date.But it got rejected then on 9th Feb i applied again completed all formalities but now my sim is not prepaid. Is there any one to solve my issue. @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing signal drop issue in my area. I have recently switched to Vi but I noticed frequent signal drop. The Vi and Airtel shares same tower but signal strength of Vi is very low and fluctuate frequently. I hope team will resolve it as soon as possible.
