    @squaarepaants @VodafoneIN @airtelindia Same issues with me as I am after 'em frm a mnth and all I hear is our team will get back to u asap. Also being forcefull, had to consume my whole day data during the morning hrs by dwnloading random web series so that I won't regret by the night. cause it won't work afterwards.

    @VodafoneIN This is not happening for the 1st time. Here in Assam we are facing tremendous internet issues. Don't we pay equally ? Why don't you fix the data speed once for all. Can't load or send whatsapp text too...can you imagine your network speed? And also I'm above ground.

So, you gain customers by promising them a plan, and then upgrade them later and force us to pay more?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, one of your employees cheated me and changed my existing plan to a upgraded billing plan 999 to 1699 at pretext of adding two phone numbers to my existing plan without charge. I would like to know where I can raise a complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare @bitbala If the plan has been withdraw so why the customer has to pay the extra amount. Do you know that I am capable to pay that extra amount. And today #VI increased 50 tomorrow it may be 500 or 5000 without #customer consents. I am not capable to pay that increased amount sorry 🙏🙏
