    @ViCustomerCare I have tried to port our number in vi but mini store are charging Rs 365. While his website mention port facilities are free of cost. Don't know what is vi policy. Which cause maximum customer not agree to port in vi.

    My Vi internet is nearly unusable despite a ₹365 recharge. The speed is extremely poor, and 5G isn't even available. This is a serious issue affecting my daily work. Urging @ViCustomerCare, @DoT_India, and @TRAI to look into this violation of consumer rights. #Vi #SlowInternet

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, customer support agent Roshani informed me to check the plan details after recharge, but details were already checked before payment. Still facing a 7-day validity shortfall. Kindly look into this. #ViSupport

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I did a ₹799 recharge for 84 days but only got 77 days validity. Customer care did not resolve my issue and wrongly said I recharged via Paytm. Please verify and help. #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare @akshayamoondra Hi Someshwar, But this is not the resolution I am looking for. You have two options: either process a refund for the recharge amount, or you write to me back stating "you can port to other provider".
