@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare How much clearer can I be??! I am NOT interested in paying Vi any more money (including the “outstanding amount”) because of the unjust way I was made to sign up for the new connection. Can I please get a SENSIBLE customer care rep to work on this?!

Enter a @ViCustomerCare store anytime anyday. Their servers are always down. Have been seeing this across stores across years. Standard reply is "come after 4 hours". Looks like they have been using some 1990s technology.

@ViCustomerCare Each one just repeats the same script over and over again. You know who can do this job better? Robots. Here’s a free idea suggestion to @VodafoneGroup - replace all your customer service reps with robots to cut costs with no impact on your end consumer experience.
