@ViCustomerCare My friend's no. was blocked without any intimation and when he contacted d customer care d informed that it is postpaid number registered under different name, whoever he was using it as postpaid user for 4 years. Help please, all his accounts are synced wid d no.

@commoner_bombay @ViCustomerCare Thanks for sharing your experience. Customer Grievance Redressal @ Vodafone is a complete let down. I am extremely confident that no one bothers to investigate else I would have got a resolution as I've been complaining since October'20.
