    I am a decade-old postpaid customer of @ViCustomerCare and I can assure you that it took me 10 mins to post this tweet. The mobile internet of another VI prepaid customer in the house works quite okay. So, premium customers of @ViCustomerCare can go to hell I suppose.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare i have been experiencing internet problems on my registered mobile network and have lodged complaint on the customer helpline but since I didn't receive any solution I went to the Karol Bagh Vi store in delhi to resolve but even they had their server down
