@ViCustomerCare I had very good experience in #Vi network in the initial period after port in, but recently due #Vi delay to activate add on data i have been charge Rs 210 for using only 400 MB in my account, for which I raised bill dispute, at first #Vi promise me to take care

@DoT_India Thank you, @ViCustomerCare informed me that it is auto debit from them and I must send text to stop it. Question is, when I did not activate it, why I have to deactivate it from my end? I also raised complaint to Nodal a month ago and they did not take actions or reply back

@ViCustomerCare network gets getting worse day by day, all of my family members used to use vodafone 2 of them got ported, i think others will also port now, seriously
