subrak (@subrak3) reported@ViCustomerCare In every monthly bill I find an unauthorized charge of Rs.25 by you for downloading games. I do not download games. This has turned into a wilful harassment. When I complained on 198 they promised to cancel it. But today I received the bill with the same charge.
