    @ViCustomerCare Hi @ViCustomerCare Your executive was not able to gave an satisfactory answer on the call so, please don't say that mine dispute is solved. Please give me a call on 9504887319. And try to fix my issue ASAP pr tell me clearly to switch to another network! Because it's disgusting

    Hello @ViCustomerCare , I hv 3 gb daily quota + weekend c/f data of 5.9 gb. Today I used only 3 gb around data in morning , but now my net is not working . Your app is showing zero data balance in both catagory. Where my remaining data of around 5 gb gone ? My no is 7064276744.

    @itsfarseen @ViCustomerCare I used to prefer VI for the attractive data packages, but after the terrible service of Customer Care(not toll free, but the physical Kozhikode Main Office) I'm thinking of porting to Airtel or Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare I have replaced vodafone sim card yesterday evening. As per vodafone store it should get activated in 4 hours but not done yet, only whats app is working that too without sim card. 199 customer care number is not responding.
